Is it FL 2000 all over again?

How many of you remember FL in year 2,000? What happened there? Deadline came and they simply stopped counting.
On the website of the Secretary of state of Ca there is an area, which is called “County
Reporting Status”. It has a total number of registered votes and the total number of ballots cast in the last election, it is divided by counties. I did simple math. I added up the total number of ballots cast in all parties and subtracted this number from total number of ballots cast. I came up with an amazing figure. 1.7 million ballots were not processed. I presume that those are mail in ballots, that are processed manually. So, what happens with those ballots? The deadline is July 6. They count extremely slowly, there is no way they will process those ballots until June 6, so what happens then, will they throw in the garbage 1.7 million ballots that were not processed by July 6? Do we need an order from a judge to extend the count and assure all the ballots are counted? there are a number of things that need to be done, e-mail me if you have legal background or if you are efficient with writing and filling,I will need all the help I can get.
