A hearing before judge Rhonda Nishimura in the first circuit court of the state of HI is scheduled for October 12th, 8:30 am. I will be flying to HI around Oct 11th.
Court address 777 Punchbowl str., Honolulu, HI. First circuit court, judge -Hon. Rhonda Nishimura. The hearing is related to the Writ of Mandamus for release for expert inspection of Obama’s original birth certificate on file in the department of Health. Defendants are Director of Health Loretta Fuddy and registrar Alvin T. Onaka

I think Obama sees that his putative presidency will be ascribed to the pages of infamy in history.

I wouldn’t hold my breath for anything to come of this. I wouldn’t waste the money for a plane ticket to see this get thrown out. If there were really going to be action, do you think this could proceed so quickly. There will never be any charges brought against Obama, who will end his days as a rich ex-president…probably a two term one if the right can’t field a viable candidate.

We cannot underestimate the work, devotion, sacrifice, and integrity that Orly has demonstrated for this fight. Leadership in her battle to stand for righteousness is amazing. The liar-in-chief has no chance to stand against this level of freedom loving, Constitutional upholding, truth seeker like Orly Taitz. I challenge every reader to help support her financially, prayerfully, and emotionally.

The FEC just voted to allow a muslim man who was born in South America and naturalized U.S. citizen to run for POTUS. The FEC says it is not their place, but the 50 states job to vet presidential candidates.

I remember when this issue first started about March, 2008, I read the Hawaii laws regarding birth certificates. There was at that time a provision in the law that allowed you to request verification of a birth certificate for historical or educational purposes. As a historian and teacher, I requested verification. I supplied my employee # and my employer info. I never got a response. I might be able to find those emails. It will take a little time to dig them up.

Obama put his so-called birth certificate out to the press and on the White House website. Since he made it public, it is no longer private.
It is now a public document, if it even exists at all, and the original should be available for inspection.

Well, “The Truth”, you ain’t either. Hawaiian privacy laws have no waiver clause.
Just like the IRS may not give me your tax data even if you published them on the web.
Besides, if Obama publishing the BC somehow waived his privacy rights to the vault document, that reasoning assumes the two are identical (because you don’t waive your privacy rights to X if you publish Y, so X=Y is required). But if they are identical, the WH PDF cannot be a forgery.
So either you concede Obama’s BC is legit or you cannot make the waiver argument. Bummer, huh?

It must be granted because Orly, having established a right to same by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, does indeed have a right to the BC per HRS 338-18 Disclosure of Records, (b), (9)…just the way it is indeed.

About a month ago I read a comment (I think it was on ORYR) about a person who had airline passenger lists from 1960-61. These lists showed that Obama flew into Hawaii from Kenya, with two adults, for the first time at the age of 5 months. Has anyone heard any more info about this report? If true, wouldn’t it prove that he was not born in Hawaii?

Racer… If Orly has an Order to see/inspect the BC by “a court of competent jurisdiction” I don’t think she’s seen it, nor has anyone else I know of.
Could you please elaborate?
If you’re speaking of the subpoena which was issued, that is not a court order, just FYI, no matter how many times anyone says it is.
If there’s something else, what is it?

What do you have against people actually knowing the truth of the matter? What good does it do anyone to be fed false information, which is exactly what you do with you misinformation from your pseudo law?
There is no order from any court, competent jurisdiction or not, ordering anyone to produce anything. If Judge Lamberth grants Orly’s motion for reconsideration, there will then be a hearing in HI on the motion to compel, unless it’s decided on the papers, and there will THEN be an order issued granting or denying access based on the subpoena, which is not a court order, no matter how many times you say otherwise.

While I’m hopeful Oct. 12 will go as scheduled, for the sake of our Constitution, Republic and Orly, I put nothing past the Usurper in Chief. So far, he has the courts batting for him. Only one court has heard the merits but is still sitting on a decision (heard on May 2, 2011 – What does that tell you?). The corruption is unbearable. Don’t be overly optimistic about a forged BC coming out of court on Oct. 12, if in fact it goes that far. Remember all the stonewalling and coverup of Nixon and Clinton’s crimes.
Pray for Orly and that justice be done, and send her $$$$.

He did not hide his records anymore than the Presidential Records release act of 2001. ( not really sure of the name, but an executive order signed by Bush jr, upon his entering office, sealed the Presidential records of the last 3 administrations.)
I support the President, even when I disagree. That is the foundation of this country.

We do not have any evidence of fraud and forgery of documents of other presidents. Obama’s records show fraudulent use of a social, which was never assigned to him and and forgery of the birth certificate, that is why criminal investigation and prosecuton to the full extend of the law is warranted here

As far as verifying everything you and I have written, I don’t know how that would be possible. What I do know is that I speak the truth to the best of my knowledge and do what I can to expose the hypocrisy and fraud of Obama and his supporters.
I believe, as well as the majority of commentors on this site, that Obama is not only skirting and breaking the law on a large number of issues, but he is purposely defrauding and tearing up the Constitution ,and by doing so, he is inflicting irreparable damage to to the United States of America.

HRS 338-18, para (b), sect, (9)
Disclosure of Records
“The following persons shall be considered to have a direct and tangible interest in a Public Health Statistics Record:
(9) A person whose right to inspect or to obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
The HRS LAW says it all. Dr. Taitz obtained a legal subpeona REQUIRING Fuddy to allow an examination of the original record through a court of competent jurisdiction. The subpeona was issued by the court, therefore it is an order of the court. If anyone does not believe that, they need to just ignore any subpeonas which they may be issued and see what happens. Unless of course you are President Obama.
