I’ll take an America-loving felon over an idiot, bought and paid for, globalist puppet traitor, any day of the week! Also, Judge Merchan should be criminally prosecuted for violation of Trump’s civil rights under the color of authority

By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

Firstly, I believe that today’s verdict should and will be overturned on appeal due to completely biased and lawless behavior of the partisan judge.

I also believe that this judge should be criminally prosecuted for violation of Trump’s civil rights under the color of authority.

The law states:

18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

As a defendant, Trump had a right to know what he is charged with, what is the predicate crime that elevated a misdemeanor that was over the statute of limitations to a crime. Until the last moment Trump and his attorneys were not advised what crime it is.

Judge Merchan should have dismissed the case for failure to name the crime which elevated the outdated misdemeanor to felony. On top of that, he  had a duty to recuse himself due to the conflict of interest as a Biden donor whose daughter raised millions for the Democrats.

Lastly, Merchant’s idea of telling the jurors to pick one of three predicate crimes to choose from and not having to agree which crimes, is completely illegal and is pretty much throwing something  against the wall to see if something sticks. This is an unheard off and outrageous behavior by a judge designed to deprive Trump of his right to a fair trial.

Trump is a true American patriot, who presided over peace and prosperity. Biden is a senile, corrupt globalist puppet who presided over an invasion of 11 million illegals, huge inflation, start of multiple wars and international unrest. Biden family got millions from countries that are our geopolitical enemies and Biden is so deep in the pocket of the globalist mafia that you can’t even see him.

So, the scoundrels on the left are celebrating that Trump is a convicted felon. Well, I will take America loving felon over Americans hating globalist puppet any day of the week.

Trump had a one-night stand with a stripper. Because he denied it, he couldn’t testify as there is plenty of evidence that it happened -including details that the judge refused to allow when Daniels was a prosecution witness but would have to be admitted if she was brought back as a rebuttal witness. He should have let his lawyers stipulate to the encounter, or simply not attack Daniels once she’d given her evidence. Then Costello, his own witness, went down in flames when his own emails contradicted his earlier testimony. Next, the defense refused to allow a misdemeanor conviction to be one of the jury options. And trying to keep control of all of that led them to miss the bigger picture, which was proof of intent. But none of this is reversible as it all flows from how Trump demanded his lawyers just attack. Judge Merchan definitely did not want this case (despite what Stefaniak claims) and his rulings were correct in law. He will not be prosecuted because he did nothing wrong (the appeals court said recusal was not required) and no judge would ever agree to preside a trial with a rich or powerful defendant. A grand jury returned the indictments, a jury convicted. Sentencing will be interesting as the judge is required to take account of whether the defendant accepts responsibility. That isn’t in Trump’s DNA. But insulting the judge is dumb because he has a lot of discretion over the conditions and penalties. Falsely painting this as election interference is a lie. Trump was charged, prosecuted and found guilty. If he was a Democrat then conservatives would be insisting that no-one is above the law. And his main reason for standing is of course, to try and prevent the consequences of his own illegal behavior.

By going after a previous POTUS in Trump. The precedent has been set. Go after Obama, Clinton and the Bushes for all of their crimes.

Brad Wheeler or whatever your real name is. Are you living in Bizarro world. What trial were you paying attention to? Costello testimony in congress exposed Cohen for what he is, a corrupt sociopath! Show us the e-mails that contradicted his testimony. Why did your favorite judge prevented the defense to enter evidence that was pertinent to this case (your favorite prostitute Stormy’s letter of denial)? Why every time the defense was going to ask a question your favorite judge would intervene before the question was even asked? Why did your favorite judge, and he is not blind of deaf that I know, allow Pinocchio and the Prostitute to spew all kinds of lies to the media but, Trump was gaged? You say his rulings were based on the law, which law, Colombian Law? I truly hope that someone brings charges upon you for something that happened twenty years ago and you don’t get to claim the statue of limitations, or present exculpatory evidence and have a a jury that don’t have one republican in it. You must be real stupid or really corrupt to attempt to paint this kangaroo court as something legal when they didn’t even gave what law did Trump violated. How funny that this judge has gotten all cases pertaining to Trump or his associates. I want you to really think real hard BW and ask yourself if YOU would stand up to the scrutiny that President Trump has been subjected for the past 8 to 10 years. You probably would’ve been writing your comments from jail, and all they got on Trump is some made up law? You can go to Hell along with Merchant and every corrupt demorat. I wonder what excuse are those in that jury going to give when they have to stand in front of GOD!

This is beyond ridiculous! N.Y.C. residents have exposed themselves as the most ignorant, uneducated, corrupt, dumbasses citizens.
Yeah, go ahead and find Trump guilty, mean while you allow Pedophiles, murderers, rapists, drug dealers, thieves and all kinds of criminals walk the streets of N.Y. free without bond placing your children, wives, mothers and family in danger because you don’t have the guts or the intelligence to think for yourselves? You have allowed these government officials to turn your state into a shithole state. You! Don’t blame anyone else!

And here comes Taino from under his rock! Where to start…Costello admitted that what he said on the stand was contradicted by his emails. The judge did not allow some questioning but that was of both sides. He excluded hearsay (that’s what judges do) and he didn’t allow testimony about Trump’s genitals or about other women who Trump had sex with. Trump did not give evidence. Why? His wife never came to court. Why? This is because Trump did indeed have a night of bad sex with Daniels. He’s cheated on all of his wives. But here’s the thing: if the only source of your news is Gateway Pundit, which caters to low-information low-IQ readers, you will be fed lies and you’ll believe it. I rest my case. Oh, and Manhattan residents are way better educated and intelligent than anything you’ll find in the areas where Trump wanted the trial moved. Or are you saying that Republicans can only be tried by MAGA judges in red states?

Jerry Black, have you ever heard of the U.S. Constitution? Have you ever heard of the separation of powers? Have you ever heard of the statue of limitaions? This Kangaroo court should have never been alllowed by an honest judge. Maybe your Colombian pal was applying Colombian Law? Sure, there was no election fraud either, but, people are going to jail right now for election fraud in 2020. Here comes another imbecile trying to deflect and talking about who had sex with whom which is not a crime which has nothing to do with the charges brought against Trump. I bet my paycheck Jerry Black that you will not be able to stand the scrutiny that Trump has for the past 10 years. Name for us the statue that Trump violated? Remember retard that the same way they have done it against Trump it can be done against you and yours. You rest your case based on what? What the LSM tells you to believe? Your superiority complex doesn’t impress anyone here because like the mouth piece for the corrupts in government you are you haven’t proven squat, idiot!
