   I think contacting the SOS is a high priority. I definitely think it is important to be sensible and to the point when writing him. Flaming and threatening is counterproductive. What Mahili did is wrong on many levels.

   Mahili’s disregard of evidence begins with Mahili “considering” that Obama was born in Hawaii. There was no such evidence or testimony for that before the Court – and there was evidence was Obama is hiding and lying about all his birth circumstances. So Mahili “considering” that he was born in Hawaii is unfounded by anything within the hearing. The fact is that it is unproven where he was born, or even who his parents were. Of course Obama could have attempted to prove all that but ignored subpoena and chose not to prove anything. “Guilty mind” is the best explanation, ignored by Judge Mahili.

   And it goes on. Bad judge it turns out, bad law.

   This is more than a bad judgement. It is an entire gift package to Obama. I won’t speculate on Mahili’s motives, but he is so far off base that this smells bad.

   It couldn’t be better for Obama if it was all designed in advance.

   (1) Mahili excuses Obama from blatant contempt of court, without comment. Now Obama can do that again when he pleases, just as he ignores Congress and issues decrees, and left town to ignore the hundreds of thousands of Tea Party folks who came to Washington.

   (2) Mahili has declared that all the evidence and testimony against Obama is worthless. This flies in the face of reason but will be used again and again by Obama’s useful idiots.

   (3) Mahili relieved the no-show Obama from having to demonstrate his eligibility under Georgial law in any way whatever. He finds the ravings, total absence of evidence, and unethical behaviour of Jablonski and Obama to be “persuasive”, but deprecates all the actual testimony and evidence in the record.

   (4) Mahili’s final gift to Obama is his absurd decision that a “natural born citizen” is anyone born in the US. That statement was surely the top item on Obama’s wish list. You couldn’t give the usurper-in-chief anything nicer that that. And Obama, refusing to come to court, didn’t even need to argue that – it just came spouting out of Mahili’s decision.

   Thank God for Orly and those who are fighting for Justice!

   I sent the following request to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp:

   Dear Mr. Kemp,
   I watched the entire hearing regarding President Obama’s eligibility in one of your courtrooms on Jan. 26 and found the evidence and expert witnesses very compelling, especially the Founders’ Original Intent as to the definition of a Natural Born Citizen (as opposed to just any citizen) which requires that both parents also be citizens (Obama’s father was not) to ensure that the President as a singular loyalty. Please also seriously consider the claims of his SSN being stolen from someone born in 1890, and the testimony from an expert on copiers and scanners that his birth certificate is a fraud. Dr. Orly Taitz has been doggedly pursuing this for 3 years. I also watched her present the evidence in NH. She is intelligent, clear and convincing. I personally believe, based not on conspiracy theories or talk radio or right-wing opinion pieces, but on the legal evidence and expert testimony, that Obama is a usurper, imposter, charlatan, con artist, Muslim sympathizer (if not a Muslim himself- divided loyalties!) and, in his heart, a dictator. We are at a critical juncture in our nation’s history- rule of law or rule of a person or party. Please do the right thing and find this man guilty of contempt of court, fraud and even treason, and keep him off the Georgia ballot. Thank you for your kind attention to this most serious matter.    I wrote Kemp

   I have been following the Obama case in Georgia ince it affects all of America. There are many questions about Obama that has never been laid to rest. I don’t know where he was born but I know he invested tons of money to fight cases that would never have arised had he released info from the start. I also know as a photographer who uses photoshop that the electronic birth certificate release reeks of fraud. As did the COLB which was easy to create my own from Mars. I also know it takes a strong Judge and Secretary to issue a default judgement when a defendant feels he is above the law and can just walk all over the court and do as he please. By Obama disobeying court orders he is setting presidence for everyone else. Please show America you believe in America and answer to the law and that no one is above the law.
