Hi Orly:

I wonder if you ever got to see the SCOTUS the associate justice signature in the case referenced above.

If not, I would like to have any record that you may have received in response to your Motion on the matter.

As I told you previously, my guy in DC tried to access the court file, but access was denied.

I would like to use the case as part of a series of cases, which would be evidence of widespread corruption of the justice system in the United States in a filing with an international human rights court.

Answer from Orly:
There were no signatures of any justices in dispositions in Applications for Stay in either Lightfoot v Bowen or Rhodes v MacDonald.
There is no evidence, that any of the Justices ever read or even saw one single word of the pleadings. From what we can see 99.9% of the Applications and writs sent to the Supreme Court are never seen by the Justices. They are being disposed by the clreks, who are not vetted by anyone, we don’t know their allegiance, we don’t know their financial ties, we don’t know, if all of these clerks are U.S. citizens or whether some of them are citizens of other countries. These people decide 99.9% of the cases, submitted to the Supreme Court.
The same goes on in the Supreme Courts of the States and the Circuit Courts. There has to be a change, we need to bring back transparency and legitimacy to U.S. system of Justice.
