On May 2, 2011 undersigned conducted oral argument in the above captioned case in front of Honorable Justices Berzon, Fisher and Pregerson. Please, see below additional information per FRAP 28 (j).
On May 11, 2011 Judge Joseph Wilkinson in Eastern District of Louisiana issued an order granting leave of court to file my Reply to opposition to intervene in case 10-1663 Hornbeck v Salazar. (Exhibit 1)_Reply and exhibits were filed. Decision regarding motion to intervene was issued on May 12, 2011. (Exhibit 2) This order and exhibits bear vital importance in the case at hand and show the following:
- Other courts and districts refrain from deciding the issue of Barack Obama’s legitimacy for US presidency, relying on the 9th Circuit to make a determination in this matter.
- Exhibits provided in Hornbeck v Salazar, particularly sworn affidavit of typographic and scanning machines expert, Mr. Douglas Vogt, provide irrefutable proof that Mr. Obama indeed posted on the official site White House.gov a forgery and not a true and correct copy of an original birth certificate, issued in 1961.
- This fraud and uttering of a forged birth certificate, along with invalid Social Security number, by an individual occupying the position of the President and commander in chief of the US military, is so egregious and represents such a clear danger to US National Security, that this issue needs to be decided in the most expedient matter and appeal should be granted expeditiously.
- I believe that the forgery, submitted by Mr. Obama, possibly included a birth certificate number, originally issued to one Virginia Sunahara, born August 4, 1961 in Wahaina hospital and transferred to Kapiolani hospital, due to medical complications, and deceased at Kapiolani and around August 5, 1961. In addition to vital records for Mr. Obama, previously requested in this complaint, I am requesting a court order of discovery of vital records of deceased Virginia Sunahara, as well as birth certificate for Mr. Obama’s half sister, Maya Soetoro, believed to be issued under statute 338-17 for a foreign born child of a Hawaiian resident.

Orly is quickly tightening the noose around Obama. When he is removed from OUR White House, it will be because of Orly’s never-ending fight on behalf of all Americans. There are no words strong enough to express my admiration for this woman. Thank GOD for sending her to fight for us; nobody else has seemed to have the fortitude and courage she has shown in her pursuit of the truth!! I pray for her safety and success every day!!

I have been following and researching all of the facts of this issue since months before the 2008 Presidential election. Please, also keep in mind that Obama is ineligible due to his father’s Kenyan/British citizenship.
Obama is not a natural born citizen under any circumstance. Both parents have to be American citizens, and a child has to be born on American soil to be Constitutionally qualifed to be president of the US.
Obama does not meet this critieria, even if he had a valid US bc.

Actually it is only a “check,” not checkmate. An opponent can move out of check and avoid checkmate if he is skilled enough.
The comparison with chess further breaks down when one understands that there is no such thing as breaking the rules in a chess game. Neither can delay, fraud or corruption figure into a game of chess.
Orly, I only wish this case wasn’t before the Ninth Jerkit Court of Schlemiels!

“RESEARCH SUMMARY ON HAWAII BIRTH CERTIFICATE NUMBER 151-1961-010641: WHERE DID THE NUMBER COME FROM?”
“A small group of researchers that I work with identified an infant girl named Virginia Sunahara, born on August 4, 1961 at Wahiawa Hospital in Wahiawa, Oahu, HI. Due to complications, she was transferred to and later died at Kapiolani Women and Children’s Medical Center (most likely) on August 5, 1961. This happens to coincide with date of birth and birthplace of the Nordyke twins. Assuming that her medical records were also transferred to Kapiolani, the birth certificate likely originated at Kapiolani and was included in the group of birth certificates that contained the Nordyke twins.”

All of the index books with the exception of the 1960-1964 birth index included the date range in the header on each page. My analysis is that there is a canned report the Vital Records department can run for the various indexes based on a specified date range and it is one of the parameters included when the report is printed. The fact that the 1960-1964 index lacks the date range in the header is a good indication that a custom report was generated to include Mr. Obama. His name was either somehow inserted or a report was created to include all births registered between the years of 1960-1964 and Mr. Obama. I have no doubt that the DoH has some sort of birth registration for Mr. Obama; however, his birth was likely registered sometime after 1964 or it is either a late/delayed or foreign birth registration.”
