This is the Candidate Intention statement for Damon Dunn, also known as form 501. It was filed out November 05  2009.  Does anyone have any document filed out by Dunn showing that 12 months earlier, by November 05, 2008 he changed his party affiliation from Democrat to Republican?

Did he notify the Republican party of CA? Did he notify the Republican assembly? Did he send a letter to the registrar of voters in FL or CA? Based on the information we have, he never did any of the above steps? So, how did he change his affiliation from the Democrat to the Republican? He took no steps to change his party affiliation 12 months before filling out form 501, and cannot be a Republican candidate for the Secretary of State.Damon dunn
