   For one thing, it was issued to the person asking for it in 1993. That’s what is stamped on the back.

   After the year 2000, they stopped providing the long form BC and went with the computer printed short form.

   So, it is doubtful it was a dry run. However, I believe you should use this information the way you see it in any of your lawsuits as evidence that Obama’s BC is a fraud.

   Maybe because it was obtained in 1995 prior to Hawaii switching to electronic records? Seems to me that would be a place to start. The images that WND originally posted with Corsi’s article show that it was issued in 1995 and that’s the stamp of the registrar on the back.

   Whoever gave you this PDF also created the White House PDF. Open this PDF in Adobe Illustrator and it has the same type of layers as the White House (8-bit and 1-bit layers) there are also multiple sized pixels. And in illustrator it is sideways.

   I have an e-mail stating that it was received in 2011. Johanna and her boss went to dep. of health in 2011

   no, I have an e-mail stating that Johanna and her boss went to the dep of Health in 2011 and originally they were denied the LFBC, however later she received it. If this was issued in 1995, she did not need to go to the Health Dep in 2011.

    Item is interesting, if the date was really 2011.
    Seems Fukino, Okubo, and Onaka made a serious
    error and misstatement of facts, that this 2011
    item could NOT happen. Hence, an error that it
    really slipped through the system. Very sort
    of puzzling, if the new woman HDOH director
    allowed this. (Fuddy?)
