I need your help

DC court got the first copy of my opposition to motion for summary judgment in case 11-402 on Thursday 11.14.2011 by Fed Ex and they got the second copy, also by Fed EX on 07.15.2011. They are not docketing my opposition. Please, help me by calling the clerk of the court and asking to docket this opposition ASAP.

DC court also has electronic filing. You can request electronic filing by e-mail. I sent them 2 e-mails, but never heard back, so I am forced to spend $56 per shipment by FedEx. They got Fed Exed docs, but are not docketing them.

Also, I called twice and left messages and e-mailed Deputy Atty General of HI Jill T. Nagamine, asking whether they will comply with the subpoena, that they received by certified mail on 07.11.2011. It has been a week, and they are not responding, simply stonewalling all around. Office of the Atty Gen of HI is not responding, when Nagamine will be back from her leave and they are not assigning another deputy atty gen to the case. Director of Health Loretta Fuddy left the island and nobody is responding with any information, when will she be back, whether she will comply with the court signed subpoena for inspection of Obama’s original BC, and who is in charge, when she is not on the island. I think, I would be able to get more accomplished on the Gilligan’s island versus the islands of Hawaii. Is this the United States of America or Macadamia republic of Hawaii.

    The officials in Hawaii are involved in some very serious felonies and they know it. They are stonewalling and unavailable because they know they are facing indictment, arrest, trial and prison.

    Requests for information on specific cases or court documents must be made in writing (U.S. Mail) to the Clerk’s Office or by phone at (202) 354-3080.

    Judges and employees of the court do not have public e-mail, therefore, correspondence should be mailed to:
    U. S. District Court (or U.S. Bankruptcy Court)
    for the District of Columbia
    333 Constitution Ave., N.W.

    So let’s get on the phone 202-354-3080 to the Clerk’s Office and ask why case 11-402 Taitz vs Astrue has not been docketed. What is the problem? What is holding Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth up on this case? We need to put some pressure on.
