Leonard McCauley: “I see no reason to defend the Judiciary, as it’s current state of Corruption is beyond Repair.” Yes, this is true; it is, like the two big political parties, rotten to the core. I once commented on Mario Apuzzo’s blog that the U.S. Supreme Court is rotten, but Mario didn’t want to allow that so he edited my comment omitting those words. That was an example of censorship that really lowered my appreciation of attorney Apuzzo. Therefore it is very refreshing to read a truthful and hopefully by Orly unedited comment saying what has been made so blatantly obvious the last couple of years. I need to respond to this post. On the top of this blog there is a disclaimer, that the views of the writers of the articles and comments do not represent my views. For example, I allowed from moderation several posts, that state that I need to be murdered. Clearly, those are not my views, but I wanted the readers to know that I was subjected to death threats, complained to local law enforcement and FBI, and so far there is no action on their part. In regards to the corruption in the Federal government and judiciary, I don’t believe that it is beyond repair. I would not be working 24/7 for 2 years sending pleadings to courts, if I believed that the Judiciary is beyond repair, however others are entitled to their views. Those views show enormous frustration in the public. As saying goes, “the natives are restless”. It is time for the Judiciary to be true to the Constitution and article 2. It is time to grant standing and order discovery. It is more likely to happen after November 3rd, when the judges will not be scared of retaliation or possible impeachment by the regime, that controlls the Federal government and both houses of Congress. The evidence of fraud in Obama’s background and ties to the law clerk of judge Carter were presented in my Appeals brief to the 9th Circuit. Let’s see if the department of Justice has anything to say in response and what the 9th Circuit will do. |

Currently the President appoints federal judges that are confirmed by the Senate. A bunch of party hacks that suck up to those who appointed them. Time to make judges elected to a four year term not lifetime and retired at age 60. Currently judges act as kings in the courtroom. Many lawyers refuse to do trial work because of them. The FBI has a large problem with inexperienced, stupid biased judges and lawyers. Remember stupid lawyers make stupid judges. Ditto with crooked lawyers, many of them today. The US justice system needs a complete overhaul. Bush put in Roberts with only two years on the appellate court to Supreme Court Chief Justice!
The Georgia judge that fined Orly $20,000 was a Bush appointee with only two years experience at the judgeship level, A Nazi GOP party hack.
