I believe that Judge Berman -Jackson will deny the motion by Eric Holder in the Fast and Furious subpoena case

I was asked by a supporter and TaitzReport contributor, Jo Beth Gerard, to weig in on the latest developments in the Fast and Furious cases.
First, the family of Bryan Terry, border patrol officer, killed with an assault rifle, sent to Mexico through the DOJ Fast and Furious program, lost their legal action. Federal judge in AZ ruled that because they received compensation from the federal government, they are not entitled to receive additional compensation from specific government employees, including the U.S. Attorney. The family is planning to sue the owner of the gun shop that sold the gun, which ended up in the hands of the gun cartels. If the owner of the shop indeed violated specific rules and regulations in selling the gun, then, in my opinion, they do have a valid case against the shop owner and they will win or most probably his insurance will settle with them (if he has insurance).
In regards to Eric Holder, he is asking Judge Berman-Jackson to allow, to give a leave of court to file an appeal of her decision. Her decision was an intermediary decision in this case, it was not a decision which disposed of the whole case, it was a decision that said that the case can go on. For that reason Eric Holder is not entitled to the automatic appeal, he needs to get her leave of court, her permission for him to go right away to the Court of Appeals. I do not believe that she will grant it, she should not grant it if she acts based on law and precedents, however Judge Berman-Jackson is an Obama appointee and I’ve seen judges throw the law and precedent out of the window time and again. We are seeing lawlessness in relation to Obama and judges being criminally complicit in this RICO of covering up Obama’s use of a stolen CT Social Security number of Harry Bounel and his use of fabricated IDs, so at this point nothing will surprise me.
I believe that Judge Berman-Jackson should have ruled on this case expeditiously. It was filed in 2011 and she should have ruled before the 2012 election. By sitting on this case and not ruling until now, she helped Obama win 2012 election.
I believe she will try to create an appearance of impartiality by ruling against Eric Holder now, but we will have to wait and see.

thank you, Orly.
I can’t stomach that the family of Brian Terry is precluded from suing for damages from Holder just because they received his death benefits. Shouldn’t Eric Holder be held personally responsible for the deaths caused by his botched Fast and Furious program? How do we know that these deaths resulted from a botch and were not foreknown and deliberate?
I totally agree with you that we cannot trust the judge in Holder’s other case to rule with the law and precedent. She’s already shown her willingness to rule (or delay ruling) in order to help Obama’s and Holder’s political aspirations. How will we ever know whether the judges are simply corrupt political hacks or whether they are being intimidated by the thugs in this government?

Dr. Taitz
Perhaps your readers can help in moving this bill into action. Right now gov track says that thebill to impeach Holder stands at 15% pass rate. If folks contact their representatives to have the bill passed, maybe we can get somewhere.

Yes, she did rule against him. She covered up
her tracks well. Judge Amy knows how to play
the game. Now, she must worry about sabotage,
burnt cars, unknown fires, burglaries, and
random anthrax letters. This is how the DC
thugs now operate–thanks to Obot. IMO
