    Seems like the Govt just wants to convert your subpoena to a FOIA request- and a probably a redacted one at that.

    Have you seen the government cooperating in anything? So far nobody had any discovery

    Can you subpoena them for trial in MS? Maybe they can say why they refuse to give you information.
