July 5, 2011 subpoena to allow inspection of Obama’s original birth certificate was received by the office of Attorney General in Hawaii on July11, 2011. They had 2 weeks to respond and let me know, if they will refuse to comply. Today is 2 weeks. I expect, that they will file today a motion to quash the subpoena. They might file it in DC with the original case 11-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue is the commissioner of the SSA) or they might file a motion to quash in the US District court in Hawaii. So far, I have not heard from either the office of the Attorney General of HI (Deputy Attorney General in charge of the case is Jill T. Nagamine) or director of Health Department, Loretta Fuddy.

If you didn’t go to Honolulu, HI, they might claim you defaulted. Perhaps you really need to go there.
Besides you might need a holiday. Bring hubby and the kids too. A couple of days on the beaches of Waikiki or Maui, surely hubby would enjoy those pretty Hawaiian dancing girls and everyone will feel reinvigorated.

There is a part of me that totally agrees with Chito. The only problem here Chito is that Orly also has to take her experts with her. Those experts are essential in ascertaining the certain forgery that Hawaii holds in their vaults.
So, the question here is does Dr. Taitz, the greatest Constitutional and Civics Rights attorney head to Hawaii for the deposition with her experts on her own dime. Or do we, as patriots pony up the funds to send her and her experts to Hawaii.
My answer on this is clear. Every one of Dr. Taitz’ supporters should be willing to donate $5. Considering that there are probably millions of supporters throughout this great land of ours, that should provide Dr. Taitz with the money she needs to get to Hawaii with those experts that will examine the forgery in the vault.
Please, everyone, send Dr. Taitz at least $5 today and let’s get her to Hawaii. If they choose not to comply with her court ordered subpoena, they can all be arrested and tried for misprison of felony a long with all of those other obots that will be arrested when Orly brings the Obama regime down.

If I were you I’d just Fly Over And Depose Fuddy. How can they stop you? You have a court order and Hawaii hasn’t said you can’t. In fact, I’d surprise them and show up early. Bring your experts, too.

Orly, what if they claim they did respond to you – by FedEx – and you’re in default because you didn’t show up?
We know they have to pull some kind of underhanded trick to weasel out of complying with your subpoena because, as everyone knows by now, and the forgeries prove, there IS no long form birth certificate in Hawaii.

What reason do you have to believe that the AG or the assistant handling the subpoena would comment on pending litigation to just anyone off the street?
They should not and they won’t… waste of time and improper for you to ask.

go to hawaii. If they fail to show up or produce the document – sue them for your time and expenses.
it’s that simple. If you don’t go and they are there, you won’t get a second chance.
bring the media, film it, put it on youtube, the more noice you make while your there will be the difference.

Can you give us a ball park figure of how much money you need donated so that you can go ahead and make this trip? I have already made a donation and don’t have a lot of money, but I will do what I can. I also can try and solicit donations from friends and family. Can you, or anyone put together a short letter explaining the importance of this situation and a link for donations that we can pass around by e-mail? Anyone else have thoughts?

I think that we need to start compiling a list of the individuals that are implicated in these crimes and the laws they can be charged with. It would be nice to put up a running list publicly. Of course starting with Barry himself, then Pelosi and so on. It would serve several uses, first off, putting them on notice that they have been implicating, we all know it and they will not escape justice. Their only chance of leniency is to come forward and confess and turn on the others.

This whole case is simply amazing! Those of us that follow and read everything that we can on the issue are so disgusted with the media, the politicians, the courts, the Obots, and all of the idiots who can’t think for themselves, but want to tell us what to think.
The magnitude of what Obama and his minions have done, and the lies and deceit that had to be pulled off in order to get them this far, is a complete travesty. But I do take comfort in the knowledge that the Head Usurper in charge will be exposed in the near future, along with all of the arrogant people with power who allowed him to do this to us and our country, and helped him by looking the other way.( You hear that Bill O’reilly? )
They will all have to pay. People will be put in jail. Careers will be lost. Credibility will evaporate.Political hacks will cowering under their desks. And the cities will probably burn. But when it’s over, our country will be better for it. Because what will come out of this big mess, will be the REAL hope and the REAL change.

Not being a lawyer, rather a law keeper: In at least some states, perhaps many, it is legal to record phone conversations as long as the person doing the recording is one of the (only two?) parties in the phone conversation.
Let’s say for instance that this is the law in Hawaii. I assume someone could legally call Fuddy’s office or the AG’s office, get the stalling ‘runaround’ recorded and then put the phonecon on the net. The game might go viral. If enough people play the embarrassment to the Great State of Hawaii could be terrific.
It seems obvious that Orly should not be involved in case of law suits.

I actually looked this up and thought I had posted it on this website last week. HI. is a one party state. Put your calls to HI. on speaker and record all of them from start to finish and make verbal notes of date, time and the number and office you are calling before and after the phone call.

Dear Mrs Orly please read on…
I was just going to write Orly Ta1tz and tell her about my experience about ordering a new birth certificate from Wisconsin, a few months back… (mine is tattered and torn in some places…) They sent me a darn C.O.L.B.! Certificate of Live Birth! After receiving it and being in shock, i called and was waiting for-ever to get a real person on the phone… (this was during the tail end of the ‘riots’ in Madison… ) I finally talked to somebody, and said… How come I got a COLB, I ordered a new copy of my original birth certificate? And her reply was… this is all we give out now a days… and I said, I do not want to be like Obama and have a COLB, I want a real BIRTH CERTIFICATE! She said, she could not give me one. Period.
and another side note… my friend has been in the military for 15+ years… and was going to do a new training class, and could not take one, because, you know why? He does not have a C.O.L.B. certificate of live birth…??? go figure?
He has never been questioned before about not having a COLB (perhaps it is the new standard?), and he has clearances… but what is going on…? perhaps, you can delve into this strange idea… ask your readers to try to order a copy of their own birth certificate and let’s see what happens…
on another side note… guess who called us today? the newly elected, and part of the republican party in Lincoln county NC Register of Deeds… Martin A Oaks… we are sending him out all of our evidence about the crooked county… but I do not expect much… he is part of the Republican Party in lincoln county – the original owner of our property, Dr Curtis is the VP of the Lincoln Republican Party…

Don’t ask Orly how much she needs for this trip as she has spent way more of her own money and will spend more so send every week or every month. I am guilty as I have not sent in a long time b/c I support myself no help and tight budget but I am claiming 10 exemptions on W-2 so there is less taxes taken out but I’ll have more in my paycheck to give. IF IRS shows up, well you can’t get blood out of a stone now can you?

I read on WorldNetDaily that you are taking two computer experts with you. That’s okay but they have never been court approved as forensic document experts. You need to take two or three forensic document experts that the court will recognize as experts. It is a huge mistake not to do this. You do not want to go through the subpoena process again.
