Many on the left are trying to bait me and use use me in launching attacks on Ted Cruz.

Here is my answer: We are seeing now 5 years of documented complete corruption of the US government, including the U.S.  Judiciary, dismantling of the rule of law, United States of America descending into the mob rule and the rule of a criminal enterprise.

Multiple high ranking judges had and have now in front of them clear undeniable evidence showing Barack Obama using:

1. a stolen CT Social Security number 042-68-4425

2. using fabricated Selective Service Certificate with a fabricated cancellation US stamp

3. using a fabricated birth certificate. Judges are covering it up.

We are seeing judges covering up multiple instances of fraud, manipulating the docket, giving advanced notices to one party in a case, while keeping orders un-docketed for days, covering up the fact that in  a number of instances court reporters are falsifying the transcripts

In the Third Circuit high ranking judges going up to the Chief Judge of the Circuit, Judge McKee, covered up the fact that  a court reporter removed 14 pages from the official court  transcript to benefit a party in a litigation, which makes the court itself criminally complicit to the falsification of the official court records and it is done specifically in a case filed to attack me, launched as a collateral attack on me.

In CA a Federal judge keeps on the docket of a case an attorney listed as a lead attorney after the license of such attorney was suspended and the judge was notified about it,  the judge allows such individual to list on the official transfer of attorney  a suspended license as if it is a valid law license and the judge signs off on it and makes the US District court complicit in allowing the use of a suspended license, as if it is a valid law license . When I see such complete lawlessness in the court of law, my response in regards to Ted Cruz, that it does not matter any more, whether the candidate is eligible. We have no rule of law any more.

If this continues, we simply should do the best to bring to the White House someone, who will not aim to destroy the US economy and US defense. There are a few individuals who are not perfect, but who  make some sense. Among them are Dr. Ben Carson, Governor of WI Scott Walker, Senator from Utah Mike Lee and Senator from TX Ted Cruz. While Rand Paul makes sense from time to time, he flip flopped on mega amnesty and therefore I am questioning whether he can be trusted.

If, on the other hand, we will see the judges starting to actually use the rule of law and not the rule of criminal enterprise, if we will see Obama being found liable for fraud and use of stolen and fabricated IDs, if we will see Obama criminally prosecuted and sent to prison, if we will see all of his accomplices sent to prison, then we will start talking about the eligibility of other candidates. So far we have a dictatorial regime of a criminal enterprise.

    Despite all the failures that Orly Taitz has encountered with her efforts to get the imposter removed from office by the judicial branch of the government — there has been absolutely no success in the courts — she has managed to unmask the corruption of the judiciary. Just about all courses of action to get the courts to do their job have been exhausted. We can see the corruption is pervasive and deep. There is not a single judge in the whole country that one can say is honest and has integrity. Filing more documents with the courts in the hope of an honest response is like beating a dead horse. All legal means appear to be futile. What is next? Do we throw up our hands in the air in abject resignation?

    Excellent post, Dr. Thanks for clearing up your stance on potential presidential candidates.

    I agree that Rand Paul is not the man his father is. I have the same distrust for Rand Paul that I do Ted Cruz.

    I don’t trust Cruz because he’s not been a voice for our constitution and liberty before now. Where did he come from? But he’s a much better choice for the USA than Robmey and McCain were.

    Rubio sees he has no chance because of his Amnesty Bill the only reason he has for not standing up is to protect the Old Communist Party on the so-called right and in order to protect The Party he must protect Obama and he is Google: Rubio / One World Government. Click on Vide tab. And Cruz has already said he has no plans of running. Then why does he not stand up? Everyone on the Planet knows if you are not born in the US you can’t be president. Even Google: Donald Trump said: If you are not Born in the United States you can not be President. Click on the Video Tab. People wanting Cruz know he’s not eligible yet they want him anyway. Does nobody care about the Constitution anymore? What I could never figure out is why Mike Huckabee and Herman Cain jumped on board with Romney when they knew he would most likely loose. And why did Sarah Palin go to work at Fox when she knew what was going on there??? It all makes no sense. And why doesn’t she say Cruz is not eligible? She knows he’s only keeping “O” in office. Could someone explain all this to me? Google: Moral Matters / Big Name Supposed Conservatives. She knew that when she went to work there. Google: Moral Matters / Puzo1. Why did he leave Rubio out? There’s no doubt that Moral Matters has been threatened not to put Rubio and Cruz on the Enablers List. But who threatened them? Barry? The Saudi Prince? Google Moral Matters / Malcolm X. And the Rino party and so-called Conservatives are protecting him??? And why did Sarah get on the ticket with McCain when she knew he was not eligible??? Sarah knows Rubio in NWO what is going on????

    Ted Cruz is the proverbial lipstick decorated pig. Natural Born Citizen as required by the the constitution and the definition of said natural born citizen buy SCOTUS in Minor v Haberstat, clearly make him ineligible. I am curious to see how quickly the left will make this abundantly clear if he becomes a threat to the corrination of Queen Hillary.

    Why is Orly Taitz the only one telling about Forign Troops on US soil. It’s because she was born in Communist  Russia she knows what’s abot to happen.     I wish I were in Congress, as I would gather the Patriot members of both houses and we would do our best to stop all voting on bills that are designed to override our Constitution and Bill of Rights!

    These Patriots need to get very HARD CORE and not allow any of the RINOS or lefties to succeed in taking us down! Forget what anyone thinks, just stand up and protect America, as priority #1…!

    You know I am your staunchest supporter, however your current opportunistic statement on Ted Cruz near shocked me! After such a comprehensive meticulous analysis of lawlessness in this nation, you – YOU of all! – are ready to close the eyes on the unconstitutionality of Ted Cruz. You are ready to close the eyes instead of bringing this issue and embarrassing by this issue every stinking official!

    All of a sudden you are expressing the propaganda point of the treasonous criminal GOP – as though we have more important things to do: To elect somebody who will not ruin the economy so fast, blah, blah, blah… Just like them, now you are thinking in terms of HAVING A LIFE and doing the business as usual!

    1) GOP ALL are equally evil in their violation of the oath to uphold the Constitution and even the “mere” law and order! Not one of them dared to mention even the aspects of plain thievery of Obama!

    2) By compromising on Cruz, you are compromising on THE CONSTITUTION! You are compromising on that very reason and high moral ground that initially brought you into this fight 5 years ago!

    3) By acknowledging Cruz, you lose the opportunity to keep bringing fore the unconstitutionality of Obama as well – and bringing it fore must be done 24/7 until we are alive!

    Given the lawlessness in the nation that you acknowledged (and uncovered in your Herculean efforts!), nor the economy, nor even the military matters. No business as usual in this nation is possible any more. The only goal must be to INCREASE the noise and to make more and more exposure of this entire horror and shame! More exposure! Not less exposure. All those who were guilty must be exposed! GOP and Dems must be dismissed and punished, and their top brass – executed.     Instead of using who is a natural born citizen to be president, what does the US Supreme Ct say about who is a native born citizen? Re:US Supreme Ct. case ” McCreery’s Lessee v Somerville, 22US 9 Wheat 353 354 [1824], states that three daughters of a non US citizen were native born. [as in obama’s case and as in Cruz’s case) Therefore, Obama and Cruz are native born as stated in a USSC case since both fathers were not US citizens. Obama and Cruz never were natural born citizens and not eligible to be our President. The same goes for Marco Rubio.
