We needed to make the deadline with our candidate complaint in Indiana. The deadline of 12 am local time was looking. An original challenge against candidate Barack Obama was filed with the election commission by a registered voter at 10:51 am. We need your help in alerting media. They wrote a lot about the Secretary of State Republican Charlie White being thrown out of office. Now we need to hound all of the same media outlets and demand coverage of this complaint against Obama. We need the same District Attorney, who filed charges against the Sec of State in Marion county, IN, to file criminal charges of elections fraud, wire fraud, Social Security fraud, uttering of forged documents, against candidate Barack Hussein Obama. I need all of you to help me make that happen.

But —
Why won’t, this challenge, be dismissed under Ankeny v. Governor of Indiana? How is it different?
Your social security and identity “fraud” claims have nothing, to do with, eligibility.
So, I don’t see, how you have a chance of prevailing.
Can you esplain it to those, of us who aren’t, lawyers like you?

they have everything to do with eligibility, as Obama has no valid identification papers to show him being born in the country. a person, who is born in the country has a valid birth certificate and a valid SSN ID. He does not need to resort to posting a computer generated forgery on line and using a stolen SSN of someone born in 1890 in another state. Don’t tell me, you are so brain dead not to understand this. Even obots like you understand the point

As far as I can tell, the eligibility clause doesn’t require “identification papers.” Indeed, American citizens, don’t carry “identification papers” and attempts, to creat5e a national ID have been rejected, as contrary to our values.
Your case is a loser on this issue. And based on Ankeny it’s a loser on the two parent issue.

So keep saying, but have no evidence, much less proof, of any of those claims. I seem to recall you being told merely saying so doesn’t make it so.
Setting that aside, perhaps you could enlighten all us brain dead folks exactly where in the Constitution it requires one to have a SSN to be president.

SSN is an evidence of fraud. As the director of health in HI is complicit and not allowing us to see the original, this is a circumstantial evidence of fraud

Obama has said that his father is from Kenya and at no time was a American citizen. His mother was a American citizen and that make Barrack Hussein Obama a dual citizen. According to the rules for President of the United States, you can never be President with a dual citizenship, that alone is enough to keep him off the ballot

Don’t the British Nationality Act of 1948 have any light on his Citizen at birth. He would be a British subject.

It isn’t even this clear cut. When Obama went to Indonesia, duel citizenships in Indonesia weren’t allowed, and it seems that, to become an Indonesian citizen (which was done for him) he had to rescind his U.S. citizenship (no matter what condition it was in), and there is no proof that he applied for US citizenship, when he returned to the States. He, in turn, became a citizen when he married Michelle Robinson. But not even a “naturalized” one, let alone a “Natural Born” one.

Sorry Caty.I was born in 1937.I have the origanal birth certificate.I have had a ss number since i was 16 years of age.You always have papers dummy.When i applied for social security, i had to take my birth certificate and ssi to social security adm.to get social security.Caty you are just one example of the dumb obots that is bringing this country down.There is more like you that resides in the white house.Dumb,stupid,ignorant idiots.

You do not get it. You have never been successful and you just set precedent in GA as the judge ruled in favor of the defendant. This precedent will be used in the other 49 states and you, as a lawyer, realize that it is difficult to overturn precedent.

Breathtaking: All other presidents DID NOT HAVE TO BE ASKED. THEY KNEW IT WAS PART OF THE SIGNING UP PROCESS TO GET ON THE BALLOTS. I like your article, see that you was born in 1937, the same year as my wife. I was born in 1933 and you know that we both have our birth cerificate, I guess that makes us 3 some kind of privilege people, to have a birth cerificate. I’m like you had a ss card since I was about 15, but had to wait until I was 21 to sign up for the draft, because had to wait until I got home from Korea. I went in at 17.
