Ref: Captain Rhodes  Case

 

Dear Judge Land,

 

Your action in the above mentioned case was nothing short of disgraceful. It lacked honesty and integrity  It appears you sold your soul to the devil.

 

Not only did you ignore several provisions and statutes, but you completely disregarded the plaintiffs evidence. You didn’t address the fact that an independent investigator researched Obama’s background and found at least 35 SSN, that a Kenyan birth certificate was introduced with a sworn declaration as to it’s validity, and that Obama’s own fake birth certificate, provided by another expert, was ignored…You then tried to relate back to the primaries and election and say that others would have researched Rhodes claims. This is bogus in that most of the current info wasn’t known at the earlier time. In addition. your rational is also faulty in that you can’t use info from an from earlier events to prove the crimes of Obama. It’s just like trying to introduce evidence from a criminal’s  earlier crime when he commits another crime. Your job was to listen to the current evidence and act on it

 

Instead of worrying about  Alice in Wonderland , You  created a nightmare..

    Wouldn’t this be an ethics violation? Could a complaint be filed against this judge with the Bar Association?

    I am sure that people are afraid to touch this case because of riots it will produce if BO was removed out of office. But no matter what the race, creed or gender, if someone violates our laws for POTUS they should not be in office.

    The forms that Pelosi signed one with the Consitutional requirements indicated and then a second one (filed on the same day) with the statement removed shows it was known BO was not eligible and was intentional to cover up the lies.

    juat another one of many that needs to be disbarred… those people are protecting their messiah and one day he is going to fall.. and then the snot will hit the fan.. many of these judges will be running trying to cover there butts

    You tell ’em Art! Maybe you can be there in 2 weeks in Judge Land’s court and bear witness for Orly! I thought Orly’s evidence supporting her TRO motion was pretty convincing. Who is Barack Obama anyway? Since we can’t answer that question a court of the land of We The People needs to do so. And if you go to the hearing, maybe you can tell the judge face-to-face just what statutes and provisions he ignored, and why he doesn’t have any honesty or integrity.

    We need to have real judges appointed. I certainly would not re-elect this judge when his term is up. Maybe we can run a campaign in Columus, Georgia to defeat him. Maybe we can get that patriot Charles Lincoln to run for Judge Land’s job.

    Thanks for the post. God bless you, Taitz & all affiliated with exposing the truth to the American people. It amazes me just how long Obama has played his game. His power grab with “czars” without confirmation by congress is communist/faschism takeover of all major industries by Govt. & controllled by the Govt. New/Media will be next.
