Dear Orly,

it was hilarious to read the moronic reply from Roger West on Charles Lincoln’s e-mail! You wondered if your being a woman had anything to do with the style of the reply: I don’t think so, since the reply was addressed to Charles or perhaps to both Charles and you. However, the style of the reply certainly has to do with the idiot who sent it.

Congratulations regarding the upcoming trial!

Regards,
Magnus

I don’t see any recognition that I have made comments and thanked you for your efforts to expose the real BHO.

Dr. Taitz, I figured you knew from WWII history when the term “nuts” was first used by an American General: “The Germans demanded Bastogne’s surrender. Brigadier General Anthony McAuliffe’s replied, “Nuts.” The Germans did not understand, so the Americans explained that “Nuts” meant “go to Hell” The Germans redoubled their efforts to destroy Bastogne and its “Besieged Bastards.” They did not succeed.”

So the distinguised government lawyer was telling you to “go to hell.” High class coming from a doj lawyer. I’d expect that reply from an Army officer to an enemy, however. They’re playing rough!

While I hope, and pray, that the MTD is dismissed, and that the stay of discovery is lifted, I don’t feel that Mr West’s response was ‘moronic’.

It’s a direct reference to a famous quote by Brig. Gen. Anthony C. McAuliffe, who was completely surrounded by the Germans during the battle of the bulge. When the Germans requested his surrender, and his response was a single word – ‘nuts’.

McAuliffe did not surrender, and was able to hold onto the city of Bastogne.

So, you could interpret his response as meaning something like – ‘you may have us surrounded, but we are not going to give up’.

So I think it’s fair to say that Mr West may be a military history buff, but not that he’s a moron.

    Thanks,
    Matt

you go girl. I’m afraid our Republic is hanging by a thread. Ben Franklin was asked when leaving the Constitutional Convention, “what kind of government have you given us?”. He answered, “A republic madam, if you can hold on to it.” You may go down in history someday as having saved our Republic.

I agree with Magnus. In addition to revealing his idiocy, West’s reply reveals a level of arrogance exceeded only by his primary defendant, Obama.

    FYI
The reply “NUTS” refers to the comment a U.S. General made to a German Field commander during WWII when asked to surrender. In this case I do firmly believe the lawyer making this comment is on the side of wrong!
