Dear Judge Carter: 
 
I am the private investigator who contacted Dr. Orly Taitz when I found that Barack Obama has been using a bogus social security number for years, which is a felony. I have been a licensed investigator for almost fifteen years and recognized it immediately as fraudulent. 
 
If you had allowed Discovery and required the SSA to release his alleged application for that number (and I do not believe such an application exists), you would have realized it, too. Numbers are issued to a person in the state where they are living. Between 1977-79 when it was issued, he was living in Hawaii not Connecticut. 
 
I now realize that you always intended to dismiss the case, because that’s what you were ordered to do. You have bartered your integrity for a lofty position and a hefty pension. Shame on you. 
 
The men and and women in the military will continue to die under the direction of someone who is not entitled to hold the position of Commander in Chief and who is nothing more than a Chicago thug with questionable loyalties. 
 
Semper Fi? I think not.

    If the Republican candidate Cristie wins the governorship of Connecticut; (beating obama’s lapdog Corzine ) Can the new governor command an investigation into this fraud – since the state of Ct. is the issuer of the SS# ‘s ???

    Maybe Orly can blow this wide open too and have the fringe media ABC,NBC, CBS et. al. crying since they will be scooped again

    Ooooops Sorry I got New Jersey confused with CT.

    Still why Can’t Orly and Susan file under the RICO laws – the conspiracy is in the SS office for issuing the numbers. Can you get a hearing ? and Can you subpeona records ?

    When the conservatives take control back next year, then we can start procedures against Pelosi and Reid for their fraud and the DNC chair included. And then hang them all for treason.

    This judge is despicable – a treasonous Marine with American blood now on his hands. How many more American troops will die needlessly with this Usurper in power??? What is even more despicable is that they’ll probably bury this despicable “hero” at Arlington National Cemetery!

    Orly, since this Marine was a wussified, whimpering baby, I would suggest you try a fearless female judge, perhaps, in the future to show him what a “man” he really is! Hopefully, after the 2010 elections, we might just get enough patriots in Congress to launch serious impeachment investigations into this usurper.

    Great letter. It was precise and succinct, stating exactly what needed to be said in a tone that was completely appropriate and I hope it hit home.

    BHO (I can’t even type his name) is a fraud, first and foremost. If he was born in Kenya and his mother was too young to be able to confer citizenship upon him, he’s a fraud. If he was born in Hawaii, then he lied on his application to Occidental College so he could take advantage of a Fulbright Scholarship for foreign students. Or he lied on his passport so he could travel to Pakistan at a time when Americans could not travel to Pakistan. And you know for a fact that he used different social security numbers. So, any way you look at it, he’s a fraud and the questions about his past abound.

    If nothing were amiss, why has he spent upwards of $1 million to keep his public records private?

    I suspected early on that there isn’t a judge in this country who will unseat a sitting President, regardless the charges. So I have abandoned the “birther” crusade, more or less. I truly believe, in my heart of hearts, that something is very fishy in Denmark, but spending time and energy to chase it probably isn’t going to be worthwhile, as we have just seen in Judge Carter’s dismissal.

    Perhaps you are barking up the wrong tree chasing the birth certificate, when there are so many other questionable issues: Occidental app, passport, social security #’s. Pick one; they’ll all lead to the same cesspool of half-truths and misinformation.

    I agree that Susan’s letter is proper, but as you say, Carole, it’s too much work to get rid of BO. However, we must continue to fight his crazy programs!! I’m optimistic that if we persevere, we will win!
