From Lead Plaintiff Pamela Barnett to Gary Kreep, Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson

Please drop out of our case now…
Gary, (Markham, Wiley)
I respectfully ask you to please drop out of our case immediately..
You were late for the hearing by 30-45 mins….. Unforgiveable for such an important case… You were unprepared for court again.. It now shows that this unprofessional behavior is a pattern.
You are demeaning my attorney (who represents more than 40 clients) trying to embarrass her in front of Judge Carter.
According to your WND interview and your definition of natural born citizen, you are espousing untruths not backed up by any legal opinions or case law – you will confuse the jury with your unsupported opinion.
Leo Donofrio and Mario Apuzzo have the most complete research on the term natural born citizen, and none of the research points to having just one citizen parent out of the country and you are confusing native born with natural born.

I agree with the other poster, you need to have your cases severed from that Kreeps guy.I believe he’s a plant-one of the BHO minions there only to ruin your cases. Please he’s not helping you, so find the way to get him out of your way before he succeeds. Then we all lose.We can’t allow that to happen now that you have a judge willing to hear the case on it’s merits. He’ll only run interference and get them all thrown out as BO wants. The one’s most dangerous to you and the case is the one on the inside,Throw Him Out!
You Take Care Now Dr. Taitz,

While we may all disagree with Mr. Kreep’s definition of a “natural born citizen,” it is unethical of you to keep soliciting emails such as this from your clients. What you did to Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson (voluntary dismissal) was a HUGE ethics mis-step. If I were them, I would report you to the California Bar Administrator for that incident.
To spell it out for you, and for others reading this post, Drake and Robinson were in the process of hiring other counsel (Kreep) when you wrongly dismissed them from this case. Shame on you! Drake and Robinson have every right to hire and fire counsel at will, and without just cause. You were being petty in dismissing them from the law suit without their knowledge or consent. That, my dear readers, is an egregious ethics violation. It is conduct like this that makes me question Orly’s trustworthiness.
I expect that Orly will now foam at the mouth claiming that she has been libeled and slandered. Not true. Facts are facts, and the public record from the docket sheet shows the true story, no matter how Orly wants to spin it to her satisfaction and advantage.

Way to go Pamela! Go get Kreep (Oops! I mean Creep). I definitely believe Kreep is a mole who is out to discredit Dr. Orly. This is what’s wrong with Americans. They are so ignorant as to what the true definition of ‘natural born’ citizen is. They get it confused with native born and US Citizen. This Kreep sure didn’t help our cause one bit! He needs to fade away into the sunset.
Tonight I submitted a letter to the editor in my local paper titled, “Qualified?” It’s about the meaning of a ‘natural born’ citizen. Bets are on if my local paper will publish it. My guess is, “Heck No” they won’t, but sure felt good submitting it!
