Lady of Justice
The very icon of justice is epitomized by the statue of a blind-folded woman holding a set of scales in one hand and a sword in the other. Her sword cuts to the truth, rightly dividing fact from fiction. The weight of evidence is responsible for scales tipping in favor of justice, while remaining blind to the people, places and circumstances which require full and fair administration of law. Today it might seem more appropriate to portray justice as a deaf mute woman with a pocket knife in one hand and the other tied behind her back with the chains of those same scales.
This portrayal would sound preposterous except main stream media continues to blindfold the masses with news blackouts, misinformation and biased reporting. The broadest cross section of society is apparently not entitled to the truth and so the entertainment driven networks, which program our culture, feature the parody of Judge Judy as a substitute. It is blatantly obvious that the people are unable to see the condition of our courts, its officers, and the current policies of law enforcement that break apart and dismantle the peace instead of maintaining it.
The notion that justice is blind can only be practically seen and reasonably understood within the empirical framework of pure reason. A righteous judge presiding from a courtroom bench must act as though he were seated at a pious throne in a palace of logic, built upon pillars of jurisprudence, firmly erected from a foundation of cold stone facts and hard evidence. His chamber does not echo passion, holds no political allegiance, does not recognize influence, is not moved by power or prestige, has no bias and suffocates pretentious personalities. The only remaining vestige of truth is found here, in the sterile and analytical environment of legal process and remedy, equity and relief. It is the court of common sense and it is located on the 9th floor of the Ronald Reagan Federal building in Santa Ana, California.
In this sanctuary of sanity a legal labyrinth is being constructed around the question of a man and his birth certificate. Judge David O. Carter, a legal potentate dressed in black robes, must consider the polemical rhetoric between a woman who asks to see a piece of paper and the men that don’t want the paper to be seen. These men, who represent the taxpayer’s millions, are combining the time honored strategies of “keep-away” with it’s cunning sophisticated sister strategy of “hide-and- seek.” The technical jargon includes rules around hair-splitting words like; proper service, notice, standing, venue, procedure and include motions ad nauseam in perhaps the greatest diatribe of “he said, she said” this country has ever witnessed.
These legal games are acted out behind a backdrop of the world stage and performed in the U.S. District Court, while a fiddle is played by the man who would rather watch America burn than bring an end to the most controversial concern of modern history. His infernal ego fuels the fire of public distrust and his contemptuous inaction has inflamed the nation. One man continues the obscuration of documents and contributes to the confusion more than any other. This is much ado about something. And it appears the curtain is about to go up again after a long intermission of pleadings and motions, the heroine emerging center stage.
It is a woman that will turn the world upside down in epic fashion for the finding of a single fact. Her indefatigable pursuit of truth honing a razors edge to the sword she wields. The scales of justice will not be found lacking in weight of evidence. And while the blindfold remained upon the court, it is Orly’s oratory alone, the summation of her research and knowledge of the law, which enabled the people to hear and the judge to see that this case had merit. Orly Taitz demanded justice that now requires a verdict. May it come swiftly and let it cut every domestic enemy to their very core. It would be a fitting finale for this genius lady of justice and the country she serves so brilliantly.

Dear Mr. Smithey,
Your words regarding the ritual being played out at the Ronald Reagan Federal building are eloquent and succinct. As a fellow writer I couldn’t have said it better. But, then, I mostly write satire and humor and there is nothing humorous about Barnett v. Obama; it is deadly serious. I have only known about the efforts of Dr. Taitz for about a month and a half. I am a newcomer, and my wife and I feel geniune hope because of Dr. Taitz. We think she is a true American hero. We have donated in the past and will continue to do so. God bless Dr. Taitz and her family.

Dear David,
Your Lady of Justice article is brilliant and beautiful. Orly deserves your tribute.
My belief is that the foot of the statue of Lady Justice is resting upon the Bible, the Law of God. Of course, most of us don’t want God’s justice. We may be reaping God’s wrath for our individual and our national sins against God and His righteousness. We have violated our motto “In God We Trust” . We have allowed judges and courts to take away our First Amendment Rights to Religious Freedom, Freedom of Speech, Prayer in Schools, the Right to Post the Ten Commandments and we have let homosexual behavior which God calls abominations to have rights like married men and women, and we have not overturned Roe v Wade and have allowed abortion, the killing of babies to be legal and rampant. We even put up with our government funding Planned Barrenhood (mis-called Parenthood). We wonder why we now fight wars and don’t win. We want and need God’s mercy & forgiveness. We deserve to lose our freedom under God and our Constitution and to suffer under a godless dictator for the way we have disobeyed the true God. Lord Jesus Christ, please have mercy upon us.
I sense and pray that people all across America are waking up and turning back to God. If God shows us mercy then Judge David O. Carter will grant, Lord willing, the RIGHT of DISCOVERY TO ATTORNEY ORLY TAITZ. Then, Lord willing, we can reclaim our Constitutional Republic and elect someone who is eligible under our Constitution to run for the office of the presidency who is a natural born citizen and willing to provide an authentic birth certificate, passport, medical records, educational records, etc. without a lawsuit forcing him or her to do so. May our parties examine their candidates more carefully and kick them out of the running if they accept foreign money donations. We must enforce our laws.

Dr. Orly – Fight, fight fight Judge Land’s order. Go back in and demand reconsideration and demand he reverse his order of sanctions! You never even got a chance to respond. File something as soon as possible. Maybe Dr. Lincoln can help you!
Also, now is the time to ask for discovery. Judge Land made a ruling on the merits. He said only Congress can oust the Usurper, through impeachment. It’s at page 27 of the Order. Ask for discovery pending an appeal!
Judge Land also agreed with you that We the People are within our rights to demand the Usurper show us his birth certificate. So his rulings are based on technicalities. Don’t let them bog you down!

Obama birthplace lawyer fined for legal misconduct

A Georgia federal judge today fined Mission Viejo lawyer Orly Taitz $20,000 for legal misconduct in her claims that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and so should be removed as president.
In sanctioning Taitz, U.S. District Court Judge Clay D. Land wrote that one recent Taitz response to the court “is breathtaking in its arrogance and borders on delusional. She expresses no contrition or regret regarding her misconduct. To the contrary, she continues her baseless attacks on the Court….”
Land has dismissed two cases filed in his court by Taitz, who sought to prevent two members of the U.S. armed services from being deployed with the argument that Obama is an illegitimate commander in chief. He also threatened to sanction Taitz last month if she didn’t stop what he called “frivolous” filings. Click here to read about that.
Taitz currently has a case in Santa Ana federal court challenging Obama’s legitimacy as president. Arguments were heard last week on U.S. attorneys’ motion to dismiss the case without going to trial. A ruling from Judge David O. Carter is pending on that motion.
In sanctioning Taitz, Land also wrote that her “misconduct was not an isolated event; it was part of a pattern that advanced frivolous arguments and disrespectful personal attacks on the parties and the Court. …
“In all of counsel’s frivolous filings, she hurled personal insults at the parties and the Court. Rather than assert legitimate legal arguments, counsel chose to accuse the Court of treason and of being controlled by the ‘Obama machine.’ She had no facts to support her claims – but her diatribe would play well to her choir.”

The judge said he doubled the $10,000 fine that he’d previously threatened Taitz with because that earlier amount was apparently not enough to deter continued misconduct.
“While the Court derives no pleasure from its imposition of sanctions upon counsel Orly Taitz, it likewise has no reservations about the necessity of doing so,” Land wrote. “A clearer case could not exist; a weaker message would not suffice.”
I’ve got a call in to Taitz for reaction, and will relay what she has to say if and when I hear back.

Whenever the “12th street rag” ( Ledger-Enquirer ) goes on full attack, then WE all know the person being attacked is RIGHT!
Bill Mason saying , “She’s Nuts” is a farce.
This “Constitutional scholar” at Columbus College is the real joke! Frank Martin is a “yellow dog democrat” and is simply”sucking up” to Obammer and the Judge! Meanwhile, Josh McKoon, the Alabama-boy who wants to be a Georgia state senator just wants his name in the paper. . .any paper! All of these lawyers practice in Judge Land’s court and their noses are a dark brown at this writing. Will the “12th street rag” headline “SHE’S RIGHT!” when Orly is vindicated?? Stay tuned!

Please get that ******** out of our highest office before he destroys whatever is left of our money and our country. He stands for nothing true Americans believe in and every time he opens his lying mouth he shows how much he hates our way of life and how little he esteems our country. Please send him to jail for treason and fraud as he deserves or treat him as he would have been treated in constitutional times. We need to replace 99% of Congress if this country is to survive.
