I have spoken with Dr. Taitz several times and I have come to know her very well. As a composer who represented the United States at one of the biggest song festivals in the world (outside the US) I can say that the comment dated 2012/01/31 at 8:44am on Dr. Orly Taitz not only is very true in essence, but it’s coming from the heart of a true american supporter of Dr. Taitz and justice. Such a comment recognizes that Dr. Taitz heroism is singing a plea that sounds just like the music composed by John Williams for the Schindler’s List movie and the comments by violinist Itzhak Perlman that can be heard on this link https://youtu.be/ueWVV_GnRIA . If you listen to the comments by violinist Itzhak Perlman on Williams’s music for Schindler’s List, Perlman said that he was amazed how composer Williams got everything to sound so authentic. In the same way Dr. Taitz’s tenacity, integrity and heroism is authentic as Williams’s music is authentic. Without such an incredible determination and heroism from Dr. Orly Taitz we would have never get this far and have the truth on record the way we have it in Georgia, thanks to Dr. Taitz. Candidate for California Senate Seat, Dr. Orly Taitz has the highest medal of honor in our hearts. C/o The Huffington Post

Orly, if Georgia puts Obama in the ballot, you need to retire. If he doesn’t get in the ballot, then you’ll know you are a great lawyer with a future in the arena.

Let not your hearts be trouble. There is other options of reining in the US Gov. The Ten Amendment activism is starting to take off. This amendment says that the States and the people in those States can nullify any federal law that
is unconstitutional . The ‘motto’ of the tenth activist is to just say “No” to the federal government when it over steps its bounds. There is a little more involved but this is the basic idea.
The envolking the Tenth by the States has been going on for a long time but not at the pace it has recently due to increased activism. Here are some examples : Montana told the Federal gov. to take a hike went it came to 2nd Amendment ( manufacture of guns and ammo within its borders ) Another state did the same when the US gov. tried to impose on it and the other States a National ID card in the name of fighting terrorism. So, the goal is to nullify all Federal laws that it had no authority in passing over the years. Recently , for example, the National Defense
Authorization Act, NDAA ) was passed by Congress on 12/31/2011 while most people were not looking ( on a holiday). There are sections of that Act
( section 21 and 22) that unconstitutionally allows the military to detain any American citizen without trial or counsel indefinitely “for being a “suspect” for any dubious reason
the gov.sees fit ( political opponents of president, criticising the gov, snything the gov. dislikes, etc.) The State of VA legistators is in the process of getting the sections mention above
nullified under the Ten amendment. The Tenth Amendment only allows the Federal Gov.
specific duties ( about 35 of which are the nation post office, maintaining a military force, of foreign affairs, keep illegal aliens out of the country, etc,) that it is responsible for. Everything else is off limits. You came find more, articles and info
on what the http://www.tenthamendmentcenter.com is doing , who the officers are, etc.. It is dedicated to the downsizing of the federal gov. and to nullify all unconstitution federal laws.
