The arrival of the Ebola virus in the United States and the threat of infection became central to arguments in federal court Wednesday of California dentist and attorney Orly Taitz, who seeks a court-ordered travel ban to West Africa. She also seeks a court order stopping the transfer of undocumented immigrants in South Texas to other parts of the country, saying she fears the trans-mission of infectious diseases.
