Don’t give up Orly. According to reports, the state of Hawaii has had to devote up 90 hours to deal with you. That’s the least they can do for refusing to show the birth certificate. The state of Hawaii can now devote another 90 hours to keep Obama’s birth certificate under lock and key.

In the case of Taitz vs Hawaii the Judge did not decide the case on the merits. It appeared that the Judge abandoned the law and acted on directives from Obama or the Department of Justice or officials of Hawaii. Her actions leads one to beleive that Hawaii had no legal birth certificate for Obama. Hawaii cold not let that factor be known. It would prove that the birth certificate Obama released was indeed fraudulent.
On a youtube video Obama states before a class that he was born in Kenya.
Obama is using a Social Security number from Connecticut. He never lived in Connecticut His family members living in the US are likewise using such SS numbers.

Are they REALLY experts though? I’ve not once seen their credentials posted. And even if they did post credentials, how do we know that they aren’t forgeries?

These experts would gladly show you or anyone else their credentials so they could be verified. They are on the side of the truth if you haven’t figured that one out yet.
Obama and friends would rather hide in the shadows, and do anything but show us this simple truth. If you think there is an actual, legitimate reason for not showing us the original document and putting this problem to rest, I’d love to hear it.
Wouldn’t an honest man just do something so easy and allow this document to be verified? After all doesn’t he want to at least “appear” trustworthy to the American people? And don’t give me this mularkey about Hawaiian law. If Obama wanted to release the record to experts

It wouldn’t take an expert forensic document examiner but, rather, just anyone who isn’t totally blind.
Obama et al want us to believe that the PDF image posted on whitehouse.gov on 04/27/11 is an unaltered scan of an unaltered photocopy of his unaltered original 1961 long-form birth certificate. To anyone who isn’t totally blind it should look like a 50 year old document — overall “yellowing” of the paper due to simple aging, at least _some_ extra discoloration around the edges due to light seeping in, and at least _some_ “crinkling”. he paper. But there’s none of that. It looks brand new.

The expertise of these “experts” is not in forensic document examination. Therefore, their opinions and analysis of any document as to whether it is genuine or not would never be permitted in a court of law.
It is also a fact that no legitimate forensic document examiner would ever declare a document a forgery. That is for a judge or jury to decide based on their analyses.

The actual, legitimate reason is that it’s against the law.

It is only against the law if the person “refuses” (without his/her consent) to agree for the document to be examined. There are also additional examples aside from this question not mentioned when it does become legal to examine a document without consent, but that is for another day.
People submit their B.C. (legal and forged) everyday for examination as mandatory when needed. For example; a Job, a Social Security card, Drivers License, Passport, ect. These are not submitted online.

What you do if that’s the case is present evidence of such marching orders and corruption. If you know they’re corrupt going in, exactly how do you expect to win?
It will take more than being ruled against to establish that. Adverse rulings are not necessarily evidence of nor proof of “marching orders” nor corruption.

Is that so Paul? You must be have some information that I don’t about these “experts”. How about enlightening us on what you know. Are you sure their photographs, video tape, test results,documentation, and witness testimony wouldn’t be admissible in a court of law? Or are you just arguing for the sake of arguing.

I always wonder how you people find “signs of forgery” in absolutely nothing, and “smiley faces” and all, yet do not hear the obvious traces of audio/video editing when they jump in your face.

I heard a real, certified forensic document examiner on Reality Radio say that the first thing to do to verify beyond a doubt is to contact the issuing agency to see if it’s real. If they say ‘real’ – then that would end any legitimate examination, as this is a self-authenticating document. In other words, the DOH issues it, therefore it’s real.

How about a web site where experts can openly hold video and publicly open round table discussions on these issues?
The public could pose questions to the web site and the experts could then discuss them and they would be publicly reviewable at any time.
The public could also participate and vote. Maybe even have a place for financial support to further pursue legal action.

I think your idea could work. Such a website might have the logo and “look” that appeals to the young and intelligent questing group. Things are beginning to brew and all it takes is for a few uninformed computer users to FIND such a website and be intrigued by it and say, this couldn’t be true, could it? and then follow the thread which would lead to more and more.
I know kids who are intelligent and college educated, yet totally in the dark about the BC and SS and all the rest.
I read comments about a factual book by Eric Russ. Frightening. I have slow connection so cannot watch videos but there’s plenty to read to be informed.
