Follow up on Chuck Devore and John Dennis, who claim to be Constitutionalists, but insulted the whole Constitutional movement. Until they apologise, I urge my supporters not to vote for them.

Here is feedback from a friend of mine in Sacramento and a real conservative patriot.  I trust what she is saying about Chuck.

From: Shirley Freeman <>I put it online the only place I knew to put it within the Chuck organization.  I haven’t gotten a response.  I think it is because Chuck has spoken on the suject himself and what that guy said was not Chuck’s view.  Chuck says that Obama needs to let go of the necessary papers to prove he is a legal citizen or the people have a right to keep asking for them.  Right now he is running his rear off campaigning.  He needs to focus on Boxer and the election.  I can tell you without a doubt that Chuck would never say something like that guy said, he’s too much of a gentleman for that.  I was however very disappointed that Orly wrote on her web page for everyone to stop backing Chuck and not to vote for him.  Unless she knows that Chuck told the guy what to say or knows he feels that way she should not be telling people not to vote for him.  He is our best candidate, we will not be happy keeping Boxer or having Fiorina or Cambell.  The only true conservative is Chuck, he believes in following the Constitution.  I think Orly should try to reach Chuck herself, he is at the Capitol and on the road but she should be able to reach him.  He was at the Capitol today I heard.  The lady I forwarded your email to is one of Chuck’s area campaign reps.  She knows him well and she says he would not say such a thing.

My response:

As you recall, John Dennis, who is running for Congress and Chuck Devore, who is running for Senate have pulled a despicable stunt. I, as a candidate for the Secretary of state of CA, running against this ex football palyer, lifelong Democrat Damon Dunn,  was scheduled to speak at several tea parties. One of them was at Pleasanton. LA Times has called the speakers, who were scheduled to speak at Pleasanton, and asked why are they sharing the stage with the leader of the birther movement. Carly Fiorina through her spokesperson simply stated that she believes Obama to be legitimate and she will be at the event.  Chuck Devore through his spokesperson Josh Trevino has issued a statement, that he does not approve of what I am doing, and that the eligibility issue is a crazy theory. John Dennis went even further and hurled insults right and left and stated that he will not attend the event, if I am speaking there. That is not just gutless, this is a totally despicable behavior. Maybe, they did it because Chuck Devore is running deadlast among three major Republican candidates, and John Dennis is running in predominantly Democrat San Francisco and decided to pander to Democrats. Regardless of the reason their behavior was absolutely despicable, they caused me, my campaign, and the whole Constitutional movement a tremendous damage. Left wing media ran with this, stating that “burfer Orly Taitz was booted from a Tea Party”,” uninvinted” and so on.      

Both Devore and Dennis showed that they cannot be trusted, and they can cause more damage than the Liberal Democrats, when the attack like this is coming from within. Both of them need to issue a heartfelt apology to me and to the whole Constitutional movement. If Devore did not authorise this idiot Josh Trevino to issue such a horrible statement, then Devore needs to fire Trevino immediately, contact all of the media outlets, which reported this incident and insulted me, and state what his supporters claim to be his real stand, namely that Obama needs to present all of his documents.

We don’t need politicians who speak from both sides of their mouth. Until we get an apology from both Chuck Devore and John Dennis, I urge my followers not to vote for them.

World Net Daily has published this LA Times article. Rest assured that 500,000 Conservatives, who have signed WND petition to unseal Obama’s records will not be voting for either Devore or Dennis, and will be campaigning really hard to make sure they lose their races. The ball is in the yard of these politicians. They can step up to the plate, issue an apology, publish it in all of the media, which published their despicable insults, or they can lose votes and ultimately lose their elections.

    What Chuck DeVore has done proves he is a domestic enemy to the US Constitution. There is never, never, never, never, never a good reason to turn one’s back on a charge that there is an illegal alien as our commander-in-chief, or a Kenyan born citizen squatting in the White House. If such accusation is EVER charged within the boundaries of the United States…EVERYTHING MUST COME TO A STANDSTILL AND THE ISSUE HAS TO BE ADDRESSED AND SETTLED.

    In DeVores case he is no supporter of the US Constitution or the California Constitution. A vote for him is a vote for the British / Kenyan / Indonesian citizen you all are calling your President. HE IS NO PRESIDENT OF MINE!
