It’s been a little while since a good confrontation between a birther and a member of Congress, but here’s one from last week: a constituent of Rep. Scott Garrett (R-N.J.) asking his congressman why Republicans won’t do anything about the ‘eligibility issue.’ It makes for awkward viewing, as Garrett’s staff clearly wants a change of subject from an audience that seems to be fine with pushing the question. At around 4:40 in the video, the congressman finally engages.
 
“Obviously, there is no political solution to it,” says Garrett. “Even if the entire Republican Party was united on the issue –”
 
He’s cut off by another constituent. “Have him show his birth certificate! It’s as simple as that! None of this ‘talk about it, talk about it’ — just let’s see the birth certificate!”
 
“I agree,” says Garrett—who’s not one of the 12 sponsors of the ‘birther bill.’

Obama obtained his citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. A cursory reading of the Constitution would lead one to believe that someone who held dual citizenship does not qualify as a ‘natural-born’ citizen. The desire of the founders is clear—they did not want anyone with divided loyalties to seek the office of president.
 
Other documents Obama has hidden from the public include his kindergarten records, his Punahou school records, his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, his Harvard Law School records, his Harvard Law Review articles, his scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, his passport, his medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.
 
Anyone with an IQ higher than a clam realizes there is something fishy about a president that spends $1.7 million to hide a $20 long form birth certificate. Many of his supporters suspect that Obama is not ‘natural born’ and in the hope of silencing critics spread falsehoods, impose a MSM blackout, and attack anyone who mentions the subject.

    Dear Dr. Orly–this guys write out of Chicago, near the infamous Southside of Chicago, cesspool of Chicago fame. They are Democrats (like me-who did not vote for Obama) and were Hillary supporters-now shifting to Hillary or Sarah or anyone not corrupt. They are members of the gay and lesbian community, since I am not a member and neither are you at first I didn’t get what they were saying. In the beginning the references of Obama’s shady life in the bathhouses was so veiled-went way over my head. They are now much more blatant as you can see. This seems to be an “open secret” in Chicago, in Chicago speak it means everyone knows about this. I was raised in the suburbs near where you went for the Convention recently. One thing I know for sure for your investigators this is the BELLY OF THE BEAST, I think with a little digging your investigators will find the source of all things corrupt. One thing about Cook County they have been doing it for so long, they are good at it. I grew up in DuPage County. I hope this article gives you some insights into character (Obama) or total lack of.

    “About that opening SNL skit last night, where Dr. Utopia’s in China and gets a lecture from the Chinese president about how ridiculous and destructive his socialist policies are. Towards the end, the Chinese president repeatedly bends over and makes frequent jokes about Dr. Utopia having man-sex with him. All we will say about that is “Man’s Country in Andersonville here in Chicago”. There are plenty of SNL writers who spent time at Second City in Chicago. There are reasons jokes about the current president having man-sex are funny. In the same way that jokes about Oprah eating too much are funny. If you live in Chicago, and know people who lived in Chicago in the 90s, there are a lot of levels to humor you might not immediately pick up on if you don’t have that Chicago connection.”

    Even if you look at the Sunday Standard, from Sunday June 27, 2004, what does it state from the AP. Kenyan-Born. Don’t you think, it would have said; “Hawaiian-Born’ US Senate hopeful Barack Obama, but what DOES it say. Kenyan-Born, not African-American, not Kenyan-Born Father, but in plain and simple language ‘KENYAN-BORN’

    or why does another ‘FOREIGN’ newspaper with nothing to hide

    Another article released just this week, states that “It seems Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America (via a sleepy village in Kenya called Nyang’oma K’Ogelo)”

    Obama supporters have a hard time excepting that the reality that he was born in Kenya, thereby eliminating all possibilty that he can even claim ‘native’ American citizenship under Title 8 of the US Code. As being born in a foreign country to an underage mother is not covered by US Jurisdiction. One must wonder how easily his supporters aer decieved, as even the Kenyan Parliment, the Government of Kenya has stated that Barack Obama is Kenyan,
