Elections challenge to Barack Hussein Obama,

candidate for the U.S. President in the 2012 General Election

Dear Mr. Schmidt,

 

It was reported  that on Monday 09.17.2012 you are scheduled to hear testimony  on a constitutional election challenge to Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, as a candidate on the ballot.

Pursuant to KSA 25-308 I hereby join the challenge against Mr. Barack Hussein Obama and request time to be allocated during September 17. 2012 hearing for testimony and authentication of evidence submitted herein.

Please see below at link the pleadings, sworn affidavits from Senior

Deportation officer of the Department of Homeland Security, Sheriff of

Maricopa County, AZ and other exhibits showing Mr. Barack Hussein Obama,

citizen of Indonesia and possibly still citizen of Kenya, committing

identity fraud and elections fraud by placing his name on the ballot while

using forged and fraudulently obtained identification papers.

I am forwarding the pleadings and exhibits that I submitted in other states as well and which are scheduled to be heard on September 24th in Mississippi before Federal Judge Henry Wingate  and on September 26th in Indiana before Marion County Superior Court Judge Sherry Reid. I am forwarding to you evidence in the form of an e-mail, fax and Federal Express, as this is a matter of National Security, and in light of evidence of forgery in Obama’s Birth Certificate, Selective service certificate and Social Security number, allowing him on the ballot would make member of the ballot challenge committee liable and complicit in the elections fraud committed by Mr. Obama. additionally, in light of the fact that Mr. Obama is a citizen of foreign nation, an Indonesian citizen and possibly still Kenyan citizen, allowing him on the ballot might constitute treason.

In light of the above facts the committee has no other choice, but to issue a Permanent Injunction or at least a Preliminary Injunction to Mr. Obama’s placement on the ballot until the original aforementioned identification papers are provided and examined by the experts.

Please, advise me at what time will I be able to testify, how much time will be allocated and in what chamber of the Capitol the hearing will be held.
