Gentlemen, Here are 2 more e-mails received from (e-mail of the plaintiff redacted)

I requested a notarized letter from him, but received only a signed letter. Without  a notary I cannot verify that the individual, who sent me these e-mails, is indeed the same individual, who filed the complaint.

Regardless of whether the original plaintiff shows up to argue on his renewed complaint, I personally forwarded to you sworn and notarised affidavits of witnesses such as Sheriff Arpaio, Senior Deportation officer John Sampson, investigator Susan Daniels and others attesting to the fact that Barack Hussein Obama is using a forged birth certificate, forged Selective Service Certificate and a fraudulently obtained Connecticut Social Security number.

If, possessing this information, you will not allow the evidence to be provided publicly during the hearing and will allow Barack Obama on the ballot with forged IDs and a stolen SSN, you personally, each and every one of you, will be liable and criminally complicit to elections fraud, forgery, uttering of forged IDs, Social Security fraud and treason. I am putting you on notice that I will be joining you as additional defendants to a legal action for fraud, elections fraud and racketeering if you allow this fraud to go on.

    Dr. Taitz,

    I love the consequences you have outlined in your e-mail to these RINOs. However, I think they are scratching their heads about being “joined” in a lawsuit because they have no idea of what ton of brick you are about to unload on them.

    Wouldn’t it be a good idea to name these 3 RINOs as Does 1-3 and send them a copy of your Complaint. I can guarantee that (pardon my Moldovan) they will shit in their pants. 🙂

    Meanwhile, can you post the signed letter from the plaintiff? I talked to a reporter friend to ask him if he was covering the Monday hearing and he said “Why, it’s over.” I told him that about the letter and he said that, without the letter, his editor would not have him go to the hearing. Guess where his editor is sending him instead? To cover a story about the birth of a baby armadillo at the Topeka zoo! For God’s sake!!!

    Ask these “legal experts” where in 17th century English common law, Lord Coke per Calvin’s case, held that native-birth alone in England sufficed to make an English natural born subject, given that Coke said, that an alien-born is one who is native-born but with foreign allegiance, given that it were true that the framers followed 17th century English common law.

    The English common law held that for a child to be an English natural born subject, the child MUST BE born under the allegiance of a subject.

    In 17th century English common law, an alien visiting England was considered to be a “subject”, and if not a subject, then his child, even if native-born, cannot be a “subject born”, because the child was “not born under the ligeance of a subject” and was therefore an “alien-born” via “foreign allegiance”.

    Obama is an alien-born.

    I know the philosophy of people in Ks., and they do want to “do the right thing,” to stop this insanity! Those folks just need to follow through!

    A side-note here: Orly, at about 3am Sunday here, I see that the (Keep Looking), blue print at the bottom of page (1), is (again) off to the middle of the page! Meaning that someone is hitting your site again!

    And on page (2), the blue print is okay (on the left-side), but now the printing of the info (below the blue print) is in the middle of the page! I haven’t seen this before!

    Please make sure you stay in Kansas to file for an injunction since the deadline for filing it is Wednesday, assuming you can get unionized court clerks to cooperate with you. If you leave Kansas on Monday without filing it, you will be disappointing a lot of your Kansas fans. If you need money for extra hotel days, just ask and everybody will be glad to chip in. The Tea Party in Topeka is well organized and cash rich.

    This is the height of cowardice. If I am wrong, forgive me, but it is what I am reading with a deep sense of betrayal from you, Mr. Montgomery. If they are after you, they would have come to your door, knocked it down, and hauled you out to be tortured and slain.

    Yes, that is what they would have done, because this is Obama’s America now.

    However, you had the chance to remove Obama from America, and you did not have the spine nor the courage. Good thing you are not a military man; you would have deserted your comrades to save your own self, while under fire.

    I am not in your shoes, but I would never have
    taken the way out of this case as you did. Never. You seemed so sincere, so willing to help Dr. Taitz to nail this impostor, you had the chance, and you ‘chickened out’ as the slang term goes.

    If I am misunderstanding, because to me, it is so difficult to comprehend someone doing this, that I am still wondering if I am getting it right. It is incomprehensible that a patriot would renig at the last moment, due to some ‘fear’ of retaliation.

    It is a good thing for America that the heroes of the past did not have this lack of integrity and courage.

    I pray the people of Kansas and their Tea Party roll out the red carpet for you, and make sure you get to the Superior Court if you do have to file for an injunction there. More people are rallying around you each day. We all respect your tenacity in your fight for us and our country!!
