Orly, I just got off the phone in a 3 way call with Bob Kern and Judge Shaheed’s clerk The clerk said “the other side put in a move to stop our request for Shaheed to recuse himself.” She said they may know later today whether or not Shaheed can do trial. ..

Let me remind you. Judge Shaheed is a second Muslim judge appointed to my cases.
But wait, there is more. Plaintiff Bob Kern in this case is running for Congress against an African -American Muslum congressman, Andre Carson. Carson is married to Maryam Shaheed Carson.
Marym Shaheed Carson is the daughter of judge Shaheed, who was assigned to our case. I filed a motion asking for judge Shaheed to recuse himself due to conflict of interest. Apparently the defendants filed a motion to keep him. They did not serve me with this motion, I don’t know what they wrote there. That is a major violation of the rules in itself. Judge Shaheed is supposed to decide.
the case has been sitting there for quite some time. I don’t know, why it is taking so long. Maybe Obama regime is looking for a new “friendly” judge and needs some time to make sure he is friendly. If Shaheed is not recusing himself, it goes to the Supreme court of IN. we will not appear before a judge with a conflict of interest.

If they didn’t serve you with their Response to your motion to disqualify the judge, I suggest moving to strike their Response for not complying with Rule 5 and/or any other applicable rule of procedure.

I hope you refer to all this publicly if you end up before this judge, if he is not ethical to recuse himself, and explain he forces you to submit his illegal behavior to the Indiana judge ethics committee for his removal from being a judge. That would be my first piece of evidence, and show it as an example of behavior at court level all the way up to Obama. Flagrant abuse of the law.

Yes, Capone was brought down through income tax evasion;of all the things he did. Yes,clever folks are often brought down by ity bity errors. Can’t cover everything as is evidenced by info that was discovered in the Boston library pertaining to Obama. There’s more out there. This whole cat and mouse thing is like an old Columbo show. The guy always thinks he gets by with it until the last minute.

Like Mr. Swihart, I drew the only two Mormon federal judges in the District of Arizona. (I’m known to be a Christian Evangelists who specializes in Mormonism, who Mormons call an “Anti-Mormon.”) While the first time was random, the fact that I drew the second one makes me wonder if the system isn’t rigged. I think Orly has proved beyond a reasonable doubt that it is.

I called the court in GA and asked how Orly got Judge Mahili and they said “it’s done by a computer”. I asked, “who programs the computer to pick the judges” They could not give me an answer I think the computer picking process needs to be taken a look at, what do others think?

Well, I’d still like to find out more about that H.R. 347 Law…! If this is that bad, I find that the majority of both parties were responsible for voting for something like this?!
Can we get voting yeas and nays for each chanber?
And I also know that a judge or two can be selected to stear the case towards the “problem individual,” to help that person to succeed! Corruption has been around for centuries!
Take Judge Roy Bean, for example, back in the 18th century. No real justice…just a man who ruled without law!!! And he had hired guns to see that he got his way!!
