   And if he fails to appear (again), I wonder if anything will be done about it.

   The least the Judge should do is enter a default judgement against Obama if he fails to appear (again).

   They will just ignore that subponea just like the last ones,and NOTHING will be done about it…He and Holder are ABOVE the law that we have to abide by…..but I wish you luck….and Maybe you can find a judge that still honors the law and isn’t on the take or doen’t get threatened by the regime

   You could request the Social Security work history for Obama. That lists every job he ever had, starting with Baskin Robbins (which is a fabrication of Ayers’ imagination). That is a corporate franchise so Hawaii would have records of work history there, even if franchise is closed and Baskin Robbins has no records. The state would have records of Baskin Robbins state taxes and it should be listed under his social security work record, even if another number. See what numbers used in Hawaii to work. We get periodic mailings from Social Security Administration showing every job we worked under that number. So his work history would be under that number. You could request the state tax record for Obama, for Hawaii, Illinois, New York showing his work record and state tax payments. This would backtrack to what numbers he has used in these states. His Senator salary tax records, to show what SS#.

That blatant forgery of a pdf file shows the evidence of how the birth certificate was forged..His mugs, T shirts he made money from sale of with the forged birth certificate..How can that not be used as evidence??? His Book “Dreams of my Father” states he was Kenyan! That is proof!! 1860 when Southern states broke the contract of the Union of States..we became a CORPORATION run by the Knights TEmplar..who takes their orders from the evil Vatican! So they don’t use the Natural Born citizen as their rule of law! We are the servants..not citizens and we have no rights! They are showing their ugly heads!

    Dr. Taitz, thank for standing up for liberty when no one else will. Either you or Mr. Williams should secure the runnoff. I am so sorry that the media treats you so poorly. Anyone that knows even a little bit of photoshop and basic scanning knows that you CANNOT scan in layers with so called “cheap” scanners. His birth certificate is a joke. As Ron Paul points out, “Truth is treason in an empire of lies.” And so, everyone calls the truthers liers and agents of evil… our entire society is so far backwards it will take a miracle to heal it. Thank you for you efforts, and best in the primary. I know it can get very stressful in the debates… just try to stay articulate and present the evidence. Let them do the ranting and you’ll be fine. I ask you to consider joining our efforts at RLC. You may find a warmer reception with the Re-Love-ution folks then you realize. 🙂 And there’s always Trump… well that’s not too reassuring I guess.

    I wish you the best of luck in your legal actions,but so far they have been to little avail. So, as previously stated : ‘Let the games begin ( again )!’ I would expect this impostor to continue to stonewall the courts,’We the People’and ignore the House and Senate,as he has been doing for the past 3 1/2 years. If only the House and Senate would honor their oaths this would have been rectified years ago. But they are just as much the problem as is the impostor.
    Best of luck in your run for the Senate. California could surely benefit from constitutional conservative representation.

    Congrats Dr Taitz, I pray that the Indiana court upholds the law and supports the Constitution of the United States of America? This will be an interesting case to watch and see if the Obama administration will once again evade the law(s)and fail to appear. Since common sense prevails, and there is no doubt in my mind that the Hawaii officials have no choice but to refuse presenting any documents. Why? Because of the forged computer generated long form birth certificate, a real birth certificate that should be in the microfiche file more than likely does not exist. With this known, the only ones going to prison is those officials, not Obama. I don’t believe that they would arrest a president even an illegal one. However I would not mind being wrong on that. Henceforth,as an analyst for over 25 years with the federal government it was my job to determine what was real and what was fake, Barry Soetoro(name used until 1988) aka Obama is a fraud. His use of a Pakistan passport in 1981 with the protection of Muhammadian Mian Soomro during his visit, validates and confirmed my belief and opinion of his Indonesian citizenship, the main reason he cannot release his Occidental College records which would list him as a foreign student. His roommate at Columbia University was a Pakistani Muslim by the name of Sohale Siddiqi,and they are housed in the dorms for foreign students. Not to many people know that with Obama’s poor grades he is still admitted into Harvard in 1988 with a letter from Attorney Percy Sutton,a civil rights activist and attorney for Malcolm X. It was Khalid Abdullah Traiq al-Mansour, a radical Muslim and vitriolic anti-Semite, mentor of Black Panther Party founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale, close associate of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, and acquaintance of Obama, who alleges in his 1995 book, “The Lost Books of Africa Rediscovered,” that the United States is plotting genocide against black Americans. Alinsky-inspired agitator,William Ayers, convinces al-Mansour to raise funds for Obama’s Harvard tuition. In spite of his claims of financing it himself there was no record or financial disclosures showing this. In 2004 he listed zero liabilities on his disclosure forms which would have subject him to impeachment from the Senate, since his wife stated in April of 2008,”just paid off his loan debt”. There are many more things that could be looked at on this person with multiple names and many social security numbers. So Dr. Taitz you are on the right track, hopefully you will win a favorable decision this time, if not, then it will be a lot easier to prosecute him as a private citizen then. As a private citizen this will no doubt give him a longer prison time along with those associates who help him hide this fraud. Best Wishes!!

    Okay, anyone who attacks Orly is not justified! Orly is NOT the problem! It’s the damned system now under “Door #3” in the WH…! Orly can only do what’s legal and right! There are one or more options, but things need to play themselves out.

    And here’s a question that all of America needs to start thinking about and asking themselves and everyone they know, BEFORE the election: “Do you want to be told what kind of light bulbs you have to ‘BUY’?”

    Hannity had a discussion tonight with (2) people from Huffington Post. And he got into it and he hit ’em hard, by asking them “if they want to have the govt run your lives in all aspects? To tell you what to do, when to do it, and how to do it?

    The light bulb question is enough to make most of us see the “light!!” Oooppsss…sorry about that! lol.

    I have read in WND that Sherriff Arpaio had sent detectives to Hawaii. He then said that he does not buy the birth certificate that is posted on the web. He is asking for an investigation – which is not forthcoming. What if the possee does a very thorough investigation – based on the Freedom of Information act? I don’t see how this administration’s blocking of something that Americans are entitled to know could possibly be valid – especially for a public servant.
    I suggest that more be done on the legal front to obtain vital information pertaining to eligibility.
