A link to the complaint is above. This is a complaint against Damon Dunn, candidate for the position of Secretary of State (lifelong Democrat, who turned Republican only a few months prior to announcing his candidacy to run as a Republican), as well as current CA Secretary of State Debra Bowen -personally and professionally in regards to her failure to vet Damon Dunn, ineligible to run for the position of Sec of State, and in violation of HAVA act (Help America Vote Act) and CA Attorney General Jerry Brown, currently the only Democratic Party candidate for Governor of CA . This claim was filed by Captain Barnett pro se. According to this act Dunn was obligated to disclose his prior voting registration. Instead, he obfuscated the record, failed to disclose it on his voter registration card and further tried to destroy his record by calling the registrar of voters in FL three months later and asking to delete from the database his record.
For the first time Dunn made an attempt to disassociate himself from the Democratic party, was when he called FL and asked to delete his record, which was July 10 2009 or when he registered as a Republican in CA, in March of 2009. Both dates where less then 12 months required by statute 8001A(2) of the CA elections code for disassociation from another party prior to announcement of candidacy. Captain Barnett is seeking invalidation of candidacy of Damon Dunn and damages from Dunn, Secretary of state Bowen and Attorney General Jerry (Edmund) Brown. Additionally, since according to the complaint Bowen aided and abetted fraud committed by Dunn, she herself will be disqualified from the position of Ca Secretary of State. As a result the only remaining major party candidate is Dr. Orly Taitz. If Jerry Brown (the only Democrat party candidate) is convicted, only remaining major party candidates for Governor will be Republicans Steve Poizner or Meg Whitman.
