Certiorari brief was submitted to the Supreme Court. Only application for the temporary stay was denied, and even that was denied without signatures of the Justices. We have now a situation, where the clerks run the Supreme Court, they issue releases, but there are no signatures of any Justices, so there is no evidence that the Justices ever read a word of these pleadings.
In parallel with the certiorari I will be filing an appeal in an international court of Human Rights. The world needs to know about the fact that United States has an illegitimate usurper sitting in the White House without a Social Security number of his own and without a long form birth certificate. The world needs to know that our judicial system beacame a sham, when the most important issue of legitimacy of the US president was never heard on the merits., where brave members of the US military Like Major Stefan Cook or Lt. Col Lakin are persecuted and where attorneys like me a persecuted. It was important for the world to know about the human rights violations in Stalinist Russia, in Iraq, in Iran. It is important for the world to know about the Human Rights violations in the United States during the illegitimate regime of the Kenyan born communist dictator Barack Hussein Obama aka barack (Barry) Soetoro, aka Barack (Barry) Soebarkach . How could those judges decide that questioning this usurper is frivolous if they don’t even know Obama’s legal last name and if they have in front of them a testimony of the senior deportation officer of the Department of the Homeland Security, stating that the Social Security number that he is using 042-68-4425, was issued to another individual in CT?

Now that we know that Obama has corrupted every court so they won’t hear your cases on the merits, Orly, I think you should appeal this latest fiasco to a court that certainly will hear your case.
There is a pastor in Harlem who was able to obtain a conviction against Obama in a case that was sanctioned by the 10th Amendment. I don’t know whether you have heard of him. His name is James David Manning. He’s all over Youtube.
Maybe you can get this judge to hear your case on the merits? He suggests that the results of his Obama trial will be taken up by Congress any day now and the Usurper will be led away from the White House in shackles along with his wife and children.

You all seem to think the President is the true seat of power. I think your efforts to derail this single person are way off target, and that your ‘democracy’ (see: police state), has been under attack for much longer than Obama has been in office. It isn’t the individual up front, heck it wasn’t George Bush’s fault that your rights and privacy’s were revoked in the name of national security. Isn’t it obvious this man is here to tear the United States apart from within? If it were myself and or aomeone in the public that submitted false documents, and swore to false statements, we would be prosecuted. I see no reason to treat him any different. Look at the people he has surrounded himself with, look at their back ground. I am surprised the FBI, and or the CIA hasn’t investigated this long ago. And to think we the citizens of the United States will have to pay this mans retirement, and secret service protection if he is not re elected, similar to what we are having to pay for the Clintons who have homes in different countries, and are stocked by secret service agents. I do not see how this can continue to go on, and on, and on at the expense of the citizens .

I have come to the conclusion that the ‘powers that be ‘ have a set of issues that they use to divide the common citizens and keep them from uniting. Divide and conquer. Among these issues are; abortion, gun rights, and immigration. These serve to distract and divide us while ALL of our common interests are sacrificed, so that our corporate overlords can continue to live lives of wretched excess, while the rest of us fight for the dregs they leave behind.
Way to focus on an essentially meaningless issue, while ignoring the reality around us. We are all bought and paid for. We are being poisoned, impoverished, sent to die in preemptive wars, denied basic human needs, and taught to hate our fellow man over issues of mythology.
Keep up the good fight. Long form birth certificate, indeed.

You shoul file a complaint with th UN. They should be made aware of the truth, that the US supreme court has been over run by clerks. You should also have a copy if the facts hand delivered to each of the supreme court justices. Then maybe they will see the truth. Then we should all file for name changes and new SS numbers to show the fooled masses how easily it can be done. Then they will see the truth. Finaly you should you should pay the fine in one dollar bills with the truth written on each one. Then the will have to count the truths.

I think everything said made a ton of sense. However, think on this, what if you were to create a awesome headline? I ain’t suggesting your information is not solid., but what if you added a post title that makes people want more? I mean Certiorari brief was submitted to the Supreme Court | Dr. Orly Taitz, Esquire is a little vanilla. You should look at Yahoo’s home page and see how they write post headlines to get people to open the links. Hi all, – stumbled upon this blog due to pure luck when roaming around the web this evening, and pleased that I did! I do like the page structure and tones, but I ought to point out that I’m having issues when it loads. I’m using Shiira 1 browser for mac, and the side panel doesn’t align properly. i’m confident applied exactly the same layout on a client’s web site, but the menu seems Ok on mine. I have an idea the problem is at my end & I suppose it’s time to swap!
