   Already done!
   Sent them a boat load of requests Saturday night to post a story about the trial in the first place. But just admonished them for featuring such a poor article about it.

   Geez, no wonder why this is so easy for Obama to confuse everyone. The press is either liberal, Marxist, inadequate, inept, uneducated, or all of the above!

   Does anyone really believe that Obama is going to attend this proceeding?

   I’m wondering what happens when he doesn’t show? Will there still be an opportunity to present the evidence?

   I notice that sometimes this is called a “trial” but everyone else seems to refer to it as a “hearing”… wondering what the difference is?

   What are the chances that this will still go to a higher court over the next few days and get “overruled” (or whatever that would be called to stop the proceeding)?

   I wishing for the best here… but have become accustomed to disappointment!

   Whether or not state courts have jurisdiction over Mr. Obama or whether he can claim executive privilege, state courts absolutely have original jurisdiction over state ballots and the selection of names thereon.

   The problem with some state caucuses is that their “not-a-primary” primaries are not official state party primaries run by the state. That makes them more difficult to restrain from fraud before the fact.

   With such caucuses, election fraud becomes actionable only when the party nomination is presented to the state election commission for inclusion in the Presidential ballot sanctioned and printed by the state. Please correct me if I’m wrong… it happens sometimes, and less and less rarely.

   ATLANTA (AP) –
   A judge has ordered President Barack Obama to appear in court in Atlanta for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn’t a natural-born citizen and can’t be president.

   It’s one of many such lawsuits that have been filed across the country, so far without success. A Georgia resident made the complaint, which is intended to keep Obama’s name off the state’s ballot in the March presidential primary.

   An Obama campaign aide says any attempt to involve the president personally will fail and such complaints around the country have no merit.

   The hearing is set for Thursday before an administrative judge. Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi on Friday denied a motion by the president’s lawyer to quash a subpoena that requires Obama to show up.

   The news-reader did not say that the state court did not have jurisdiction over Obama.

   Probably to cunningly give that impression, he actually said that the state court had no jurisdiction over the White House.

   Apparently the power of the Office of the President trumps everything, i.e., the military, the news media, the Judges, the offices of every Secretary of State, and even the GOP leadership. The USA is positioned to be taken over by radicals and I pray it is not too late to take our country back. Obama will probably not show up in the Georgia court and the battle against injustice will continue. Orly is smart so I am confident that she will know what to do next but in the meantime the clock is ticking towards election day. Please send letters to the Secretary of State to request challenges in your area and continue the good fight.

   For the life of me I cannot figure out how hard it is to understand “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN”, required by the constitution for pResident and vice president. I learned this in 3rd grade..Two (2) citizen parents, period!!!! What the He!! has happened to this Country??? We appear to be Brain Dead..or the Sleeping Giant is in a comma! and will NEVER wake UP. G-d help the rest of us that is awake.

    Bagless – you didn’t learn that in third grade, because it’s never been true. 35 years old and a US citizen, by parentage or jus soli. That’s it.
