Call on Congress to grow some spine and put some teeth in the criminal contempt of Congress by Holder

Yesterday it was announced that Congress will pursue only the Civil Contempt charge against Holder, but not Criminal Contempt charges. as the reason for such decision they argued that Congress no longer has a jail and that the U.S. attorney refused to prosecute Holder.

Here what Congress can and should do:

1. It was reported that Congress cannot pursue the criminal contempt against Holder because there is no jail on Capitol Hill anymore, they have no place where to hold him. This is a complete nonsense. Remember cases when individuals were arrested and jailed by the Capitol Police for disruption of Congress? Theresa Cao was arrested and jailed for uttering a few words during the Congressional hearing.

Similarly, Congress can order Capitol police to arrest Attorney General Eric Holder for criminal contempt of Congress.

2. Additionally, people think that jail has to be a special facility. Not so. You may need a high security jail for violent criminals, but you do not need a special facility for AG Eric Holder. All they need, is to allocate one room and put a sign “Jail” and order the Capitol Police to hold him there and just bring him  some food and and a pot to pee in. If they want to provide better accommodation, they can allocate a part of a locker in the gym that they have in the congressional buildings. The locker has bathrooms and showers. Please, members of Congress, use your brains, we are in dire times, it is no time to go softy and be paralysed by fear and impotence.

3. Lastly, it was reported that the US attorney refused prosecute his boss, attorney General Holder. So, this was provided as an additional justification, why he cannot be prosecuted. Nonsense. In this situation the Congress can give any attorney or any individual a status of private Attorney General to prosecute Holder due to conflict of interest with the U.S. Attorney. Congress can act pro se and prosecute as there is a conflict with the U.S. Attorney. Lastly, they can request a judge to appoint a special prosecutor, due to conflict of interest with the U.S. attorney. It is time to act and not seat idle.   Please, burn the phone lines of each and every congressman and demand immediate enforcement of the criminal contempt charges and immediate arrest of Eric Holder for criminal contempt of Congress

    The queston raised of “who” picked Holder triggered another ‘who’ picked who question,.

    Can anyone believe that the MUSLIM who is installed with Hillary Clinton, and is friendly with the Muslim Brotherhood is an OBAMA plant?

    Is Hillary staying on the job so that she can keep tabs on the ILLEGAL ALIEN in the White House? Whose side is Bill Clinton on?

    Didn’t Bill Clinton say that if the ILLEGAL ALIEN is re-elected that it would be the END of America as we know it ?

    And now there’s some crispy news clips saying Clinton and Ryan had some kind of meeting etc.

    Political intrigue or what ?
