In l1 day over 4,000 letters and e-mails containing this petition were sent by the citizens of all 50 states to the U.S. Congress. This is amazing!!!! Even I did not expect such great response! I need representatives of different states to write to me, so we can have a delegation of petitioners, seeking meetings with members of the US Congress in setting the hearings, arranging for witnesses to appear, evidence to be produced. Please, make the petition go viral! We need as many signatures as possible! Please, join me in front of the visitors entrance to the White House this Sunday 01.20.2013 at 10 am and before the Supreme Court this Monday at 10 am. Taitz filed this petition after she filed a petition on WeThePeople @ WhiteHouse. gov on 01.13.2013 where she petitoned Obama to voluntarily resign in light of him being a citizen of Indonesia using forged and fraudulently obtained IDs. Within hours 945 individuals signed the original petition, but it was removed from the White House web site.

This number immediately raised suspicions of Attorney Orly Taitz, as it started with 042, a digit combination which was assigned to the state of CT and Obama was never a resident of CT. E-verify and SSNVS showed that this number used by Barack Obama was never assigned to him. We have an individual sitting in the WH as the US president and Commander-in-Chief, in control of our nuclear arsenal, while using a stolen/fraudulently obtained Social Security number from a state where he never resided. Additionally, former Chief Investigator of the special inveastigations unit of the U.S. Coast Guard Jeffrey Stephan Coffman prepared a sworn affidavit for Attorney Orly Taitz showing that Obama’s alleged application for the Selective Service is a forgery. According to 5 USC § 3328.one is forbidden from holding a position in the executive branch if he did not register for the Selective Service. Obama never legally registered for the selective service, as his application is a forgery, as such he is forbidden to work as a President in the White House or as a janitor in the White House. According to Obama’s school registration in Indonesia he is a citizen of Indonesia. According to his mother’s passport records his legal last name is Soebarkah. According to sworn affidavits of the Sheriff of Maricopa county, AZ and multiple experts Obama’s alleged birth certificate is a computer generated forgery.
Attorney Orly Taitz and her supporters, law abiding U.S. citizens, demand that the U.S. Congress do not engage in treason and do not cover up Obama’s usurpation of the U.S. Presidency with forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained SSN. We demand immediate investigation of Obama’s usurpation of the U.S. Presidency to be conducted in the both houses of the U.S. Congress.

I wish someone would infiltrate Columbia University. Chances are all records have been manipulated already so it wouldn’t really matter. President Obama demonstrated his citizenship during his campaign by circulating copies of his birth certificate, which showed he was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961. I went through my FB friends list and sent the link to all the Tea Party Groups, GOP GROUPS, influential people like KrisAnne Hall, Sheriff’s, retired military, you name it. I asked this: “Please sign this petition, add your comments, and have it emailed to your reps in Congress for FREE. For $3 each, they will send your letters in PAPER form, direct to Congress, more effective. That is the option I took. Senator Saxby Chambliss is definitely an aloof airhead and another embarrassment to the State of Georgia. The most powerful man in Georgia is Georgia Commissioner for Veterans Affairs Brigadier General Peter Wheeler, J.D. He has held the same position since 1949 and he literally runs the entire state, all politicians fear and respect him.

Sir, you are not taking this matter seriously at all and your information is flawed. Either you as an American do not know how many types of citizenship does the United States recognize or you are taking me for someone ignorant. Let me inform you that there are four (4) types of citizenship recognized by the U.S., by naturalization, by statue, by been a native born and the natural born citizen statue. Congress and the courts are failing its people, you do not want accept the evidence, both historical and legal that defines the natural born citizen statue. I provided in my mail two Supreme Court cases, Minor v Happersett and Perkins v Elg in which the Supreme Court defines the natural born citizen, which is the requirement under the Constitution to be POTUS as someone born on U.S. soil of PARENTS, in plural, that are also citizens. His father was never a U.S. citizen but a Kenyan citizen and a British subject. Just been born in this country DOES NOT make you a natural born citizen, if that was the case, every son of any illegal alien that is born on U.S. soil can run for President of the United States. The state of Hawaii has never authenticated any documents, further, the birth certificate that you indicated was presented to the media on April 27, 2011, was done on Adobe Acrobat, which did not exist when he was born, further, experts, including Sheriff’s Arpaio’s pose, under oath, have indicated that the certificated presented is a fraud. Hawaii has never permitted anyone to see the original documents, I wonder why? This man is using a fraudulent Social Security Number according to experts that have put it thru Everify, was registered in Indonesia as an Indonesian citizen when he went to school there, and you sir are telling me that with this evidence I should take his and your word that he meets the qualifications to be POTUS? With less evidence than this, people have been indicted for crimes in this country. Please take the oath that you took seriously or else you are just wasting the salary the tax payers of Georgia are paying you. David Ramsey which was an American physician, patriot, and many considered the first historian of the American Revolution, and a contemporary of President George Washington said in an article written in 1789, “citizenship by inheritance belongs to none but to the children of those who were themselves, citizens…” and added that, “citizenship by inheritance belongs to none but the children of those Americans, who, having survived the declaration of independence, acquired that adventitious character in their own right, and transmitted it to their offspring…” he also indicated that, “citizenship as a natural right, belongs to none but to those who have been born of citizens (plural) since the 4th of July, 1776…” Who knows more about the Constitution, those who wrote it, or a bunch of corrupted government officials?

Orly, obamas “birth announcement”out of Hawaii was questioned in 1961 when it was announced on local news programs–EVEN THEN no one believed he could have been born in Hawaii! I believe CBS carried that news article. Isn’t there a way to force cbs to release all interviews with Ann Dunham from 1959-1961?

Even in Fox News, it is prohibited to approach this issue, for apparently, Hannity, O’Reilly and Greta, who are commentators, are afraid to lose their jobs if they even hint that the documents Obama has presented are fraudulent. These so called patriots prefer to be silence, while the country goes to hell, and the disinformed citizens, keep applauding the Mesiah.

In 1961 in the United States, a black person was legally referred to a “Negro” and a white person was a “Caucasion”. In Africa in 1961 a black person was an “African” and a white person was a “European”. Obama’s alleged birth certificate list the race of the father as “African”. Listed below are 4 Supreme Court cases which have clearly stated each time that “Natural Born” is a person whose parents are both citizens of that country.
The Venus, 12 U.S. 8 Cranch 253 253 (1814)
“The natives or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens.”
Shanks v. Dupont, 28 U.S. 3 Pet. 242 242 (1830)
“for children born in a country, continuing while under age in the family of the father, partake of his national character as a citizen of that country.”
Minor v. Happersett , 88 U.S. 162 (1875)
“At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens.”
United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)
“all children, born in a country of parents who were its citizens, became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens.”
Conclusion:
Finally it should be noted, that to define a term is to indicate the category or class of things which it signifies. In this sense, the Supreme Court of the United States has never applied the term “natural born citizen” to any other category than “those born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof”.
Hence every U.S. Citizen must accept this definition or categorical designation, and fulfill his constitutional duties accordingly. No member of Congress, no judge of the Federal Judiciary, no elected or appointed official in Federal or State government has the right to use any other definition; and if he does, he is acting unlawfully, because unconstitutionally.
God Bless Orly and all the Patriots who have stood up, done the research, and understand that right is right and wrong is wrong. In the eyes of the Court, I believe Orly will win this battle. Maybe it’s Justice Roberts’ way of getting even. Let’s all hope so for if they decide in Obama’s favor, we are truly a country in trouble.

questioning the birth announcement? Where did you see or hear it? Why would his birth be announced on local news? Were all births announced on the local news? This seems quite significant if true.

Hey Alice, care to quote that section from the constitution that states both parents must be US citizens? You’ll have a hard time doing so:
Article II, Section 1
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Perhaps all you “patriots” should stop talking about the constitution until you actually read it!

I’ve been searching the Constitution, and I can’t find the passage that says both parents have to be US citizens. Where did you find it?
Also, does that mean the previous Presidents who had non-US citizen parents (like Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson and others) were ineligible too?

@George. In order to be natural born citizen you have to have 2 citizens of any country. They based their interpretation for the Constitution from the Law of Nations. They did not base the entire Constitution on these laws just some of them. Now Vattel is where they got the definition of NBC. You can only naturally be a citizen of a country if both parents are citizens. They have to be citizens at the time of the childs birth. Let BO have Hawaii. It is wasted time. His father was born in Kenya which makes him a BRitish citizen. He was never a citizen of the US nor did he ever intend to be. Since his father wasn’t a citizen, BO is a citizen, but is not a natural born citizen. I really like both Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Bobbie Jindal, Nikki Haley, but they are not natural born. Their parents were not citizens at the time of birth. Ted Cruz was born in Canada.
