Attached you will find a motion to quash subpoenas on behalf of President Obama. The motion is directed at subpoenas directed to the President and all of the other subpoenas being sent on behalf of the plaintiff in the Farrar case. Thank you.

I don’t have an opposition yet. However, I am posting below my reply to opposition to reciprocal subpoena enforcement, which I was forced to write at night before 01.13.2012 hearing in Hi, when I was ambushed by Nagamine with the opposition to subpoena enforcement in HI, which I got only at 11 pm at night before the hearing in the morning. that was the reason, I had to read from my laptop, I did not even have an opportunity to print it out. To a great extend this reply answers issues raised in by Obama in his motion to quash. In a nut shell:
1. most of his motion is a total nonsense, irrelevant material, improper attacks on plaintiff’s counsel with an attempt to prejudice the court
2. Obama has no standing to challenge subpoenas issued and addressed to other parties. If other parties want to challenge, it is up to them. It is interesting that he mentions Susan Daniels, John Smpson and Loretta Fuddy, I wonder why? Is there something in their testimony he does not want to be heard by the judge?
3. there is nothing in subpoena issued to him, that is improper or oppressive
4. he was properly served through his attorney in Atlanta GA, within the jurisdiction

PS I wanted to thank everybody who donated for my new laptop, which came in handy after my old laptop mysteriously disappeared during my prior trip to HI. It might be a coincidence, but right before I got this motion to quash from Obama, I got a letter from the Inspector General, which was not a motion to quash and I got a phone call from TSA, saying that they are looking for my lap top but did not find it yet. I, also wanted to thank people, who are donating for this hearing. I just got an e-mail from my credit card, saying that I maxed out with over $8,500 in charges as I had to pay for airfare, hotel accommodations for a lot of people, I am paying another attorney to help me, so donations are appreciated

First he’s trying to pass off electrical images of Obama’s birth records as the real thing even though the electronic images have been proven forgery by numerous numerous people. At the same, Obama’s lawyer is trying to say birth documentation in irrelevent to Obama’s eligiblity to hold office.

I envy Orly Taitz. Just recently, for the first time, I needed a copy of my long-form birth certificate. I sent away for it. It was $15 plus UPS overnight. I have it in front of me. It took me a few days to receive it, about 5 days. There is no overlapping kerning of the typewriter letters. Fonts are exactly uniform in size. The security paper would be virtually impossible to duplicate, and has an official seal as a watermark viewable when held to light. Anyone could examine this document and be satisfied. HOW FAST, SIMPLE, CONCLUSIVE, INEXPENSIVE!!! If someone sued me to see it, my guess is that my attorney would tell me, “hand it over, what’s the problem?”

“Adams was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.
His position was senior elections clerk, overseeing a group of 50 to 60 employees responsible for verifying the identity of voters at the Absentee Ballot Office. It was in this capacity that Adams became aware of the search for Obama’s birth-certificate records.
“During the course of my employment,” Adams swears in the affidavit (viewable in full as part 1 and part 2), “I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama’s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate.”
As he inquired about the birth certificate, he says, his supervisors told him that the records were not on file at the Hawaii Department of Health.
“Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health,” Adams’ affidavit reads, “and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government.”
“In a recorded telephone interview, Adams told WND that it was common knowledge among election officials where he worked that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate could be found at the Hawaii Department of Health.”
“My supervisor came and told me, ‘Of course, there’s no birth certificate. What? You stupid,’” Adams said. “She usually spoke well, but in saying this she reverted to a Hawaiian dialect. I really didn’t know how to respond to that. She said it and just walked off. She was quite a powerful lady.”
Moreover, Adams was told that neither Queens Memorial Hospital nor Kapi’olani Medical Center had any records of Obama’s birth at their medical facilities: “Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. Obama’s birth records to officials at Queens Medical Center and Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu and that neither hospital had any record of Senator Obama having been born there, even though Governor Abercrombie is now asserting and various Hawaii government officials continue to assert Barack Obama Jr. was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center on Aug. 4, 1961.”

Dr. Orly Taitz is a living lesson to all of us Americans as to what lengths we would go to preserve freedom if we, too, had ever lived under a Communist regime as she did. Stanley Anne Dunham alleged Obama mother was born November 29, 1942 making her high school Class of 1961. Her birth state Kansas has a school attendance cutoff date of August 31th. Thus the birthdate of Obama August 8, 1961 is BOGUS. The conception for that date occurred in November 1960 while Stanley Anne Dunham was in a Washington state high school. YOU ARE LOOKING AT IDENTITY THEFT ON A GRAND SCALE.
Furthermore photo analysis of Obama indicates Obama is circa age 60 not age 50. Hawaii became a state in 1959. That is the reason for the birthdate so close.

Orly, you are the “Geoge Washingtion” of our time,leading us in the Second American Revolution.At first, Washington didn’t have much to fight with but he had good cause and God behind him.
As a byproduct of your relentless fighting, more and More Americans are coming forward
waking up to what gov. menace is confronting them. This Obama mess is just the first of many battles we will have to face and win in order tp save our Constitution and our freedoms
I suppose the war against the enemy will never be truly over. Someone once said ” Know thy enemy ”
That enemy is the progressives/statists/marxists who have been slowly destroying our way of life for a hundred years. Woodrow Wilson, FDR,the robber barrons, Horace Mann, LBJ are just some of these demons. Obama is just the latest puppet of this slime to do their bidding.
Some of the above mentioned people fraudulently saw the enactment the 16th Amendment, establishing the lowly public school system that has” dumbed down our students ” over the years with the aim of creating a serf system ( destroy the middle class ) and so forth.
History is dotted with individuals have shown up at the right time in the right place in order to challenge the establishment of their times and eventually win ( Joan of Ark, Wyclif, Tyndale, Martin Luther, GW, Martin Luther King, etc.). I am Michael Jablonski. I’m Anne’s counterpart from the Democratic Party where I’m General Counsel and I’m also counsel for the Democratic Caucuses. My degree is in economics from Emory University, as is my law degree and I’m currently a PHD student at Georgia State University. I’ve been doing election law since 1977 and almost exclusivily doing elections and political law for about the last ten years. I’ve had the opportunity since 2008 to visit all but 12 of the election supervisors in Georgia basically to discuss what problems they’ve had. I found them all to be hardworking, inteligent but hampered by the complexity of our election code. So one of the things you’are going to hearing from me is how to make this a simpler process. I fully endorse what Anne had to say that our elction code is in need of being revamped and I’m very glad the Secretary of the State is undertaking to do that.

Dr. Orly Taitz,
I want to thank you for all your hard work. I pray FATHER gives you strength in HIS will to go on as HE would have you to. I’m no racist nor do I see any motive here in that. It’s plain to see for those whose eyes are open to it.
History will show the ugly face your trying to expose. You already have… One day, this will be written and your name will follow as one of those who tried to expose it. Don’t confuse me for saying you failed. No, you have not failed. If the future shows failure, it would be purely in part of the judicial system.
When the waters recede (the lies). The truth will flow. And in FATHER ALMIGHTY will HE restore the years lost.
I think it’s interesting we have a Dentist as a Lawyer trying to pull a nasty cavity infested tooth out of the mouth of America. That poison seems to be running deep. Keeping you always in prayer.

Jon and Garret….Is it just me or is that the exact same date of the release of the forged long form birth certificate of Obama…they waste no time to adjust the law to fit their agenda,so it would seem.
