Honorable Sherry K. Reid granted a motion by Attorney Orly Taitz to conduct an emergency hearing for injunction preventing Candidate for the U.S. President in 2012 Barack Hussein Obama to be on the ballot in the State of Indiana due to fraud committed by Obama and due to his use of forged IDs.
Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack (Barry) Soetoro, aka Barack(Barry) Soebarkah, a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still a citizen of Kenya, committed fraud by submitting his candidacy to be on the ballot in Indiana and other states, as he is using a forged birth certificate, forged Selective Service certificate and a stolen Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 as a proof of his identity.
Hearing in Indiana is scheduled only 2 days after a hearing in Jackson, Mississippi before federal judge Henry Wingate. It is expected that the hearing in Indiana will be more fruitful, as there is still a question of jurisdiction of Federal court in Mississippi and legitimacy of removal of the case from the Supreme Court of Mississippi to the Federal court by the defendants Democratic party of Mississippi and Secretary of State of Mississippi. While the decision of Judge Wingate in MS might be limited to jurisdiction of the Federal court (as there was a stay on Plaintiff’s filing on other issues) there is expected to be a ruling on preliminary injunction in Indiana. Judge Reid is asked to bar/block/ prevent placement of Obama’s name on the ballot in general election due to Obama’s use of forged IDs or temporary block placement of his name until valid original IDs are provided to overcome a mountain of evidence of fraud. Fraud and forgery were detected in his alleged birth certificate, Selective Service certificate and Social Security number.
Additionall,y in MS Plaintiff Taitz sought sanctions and an evidential hearing against attorneys Sam Begley and Scott J. Tepper, who submitted to court Obama’s alleged copy of birth certificate, seeking judicial notice, de facto legitimization of it, while they had in their possession evidence pointing to forgery in that certificate. California bar responded to a complaint by attorney Taitz regarding breach of ethics by attorney Scott J.Tepper, who is a CA attorney, representing the Democratic party of MS under pro hac vice. Ca Bar stated that alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate is a matter of National security and needs to be resolved by the trial court and law enforcement. Criminal complaints were submitted to the Attorney General of MS, District Attorney of Hinds County MS, District Attorney of Los Angeles County and Orange County CA, as well as MS bar. There was no response from them yet.
Currently Attorney and Doctor Orly Taitz is making arrangements to fly to MS and from there to Indiana.
Taitz is asking supporters to be there in court to support her and donate for her work and for the expenses of these cases and other cases currently in different stages in TX, CA and other states.

Dr. Taitz,
Various rabbis have questioned whether you are committing a grave sin by failing to follow the requirements for Yom Kippur. I have argued to them that you are exempt because you are involved in matters of national security. Do you think that is the correct argument or do you suggest I try a different argument?

Dr. Taitz can follow the holy traditions as long as she does not eat and drink for 25 hours starting the night before the Indiana hearing, does not wear leather shoes, does not bathe or wash, and does not wear any perfumes, make-up or jewelry on Yom Kippur.
She is a beautiful woman, so I don’t think the abstinence from bathing, wearing jewelry, perfumes, make-up, or fancy clothes will detract from her beauty.
She is also a woman of enormous strength, so I am confident that fasting will not affect her well-know legal skills.

I live in Indianapolis and plan on being there. Can I bring a videotape or a camera to film this historic day? Or will the press be there to cover this historic event?
Every day Dr. Taitz does something which improves our legal system. I am so worried that she will have a nervous breakdown and I pray for her everyday. How does your family cope with your highs and lows? I hope that they understand the proportions of your undertakings and how, one day, you will be in all the chapters of American History books.

Romneybounce after convention was only 1%. That’s all. That’s nothing. He is boring speaker. Ryan is better. YOU would have been best. Eastwood was senile. It would have been 10% Romneybounce if you were a headline speaker in Tampa.
Obamabounce looks like 4%. That is FOUR TIMES more than Romneybounce. Bad bad news for us.

Ehud, there is nothing holy about the man-made traditions you list. Yes, everything you mentioned are man-made traditions, not God-ordained truth. God’s truth is found only in the Bible, the Tanach, the written word of God. NONE of those things you said Orly must do are found in the Bible!
Unfortunately the Judaism you espouse is an accretion of man-made rules centuries of fallible rabbis added to God’s holy Book. God won’t honor them because they are not _from_ Him. And because they are not _from_ Him they are not required _by_ Him.
Orly, by all means stick with your plans for Yom Kippur.

Please excuse for butting into an argument that is not mine. I say ‘in shades’ about an idea and not a speaker:
Is it right for a lie to say, “I will speak truth with you if you speak truth with me?”
The GOP leaders put themselves on the short end by refusing to discuss the core of eligibility. In so doing, they inflated opposition credibility into infinity–no less.
I only beg GOP clerics would be so similarly concerned with purification…that goes beyond,
“if My people would humble themselves and pray and seek My face, I will heal their land”.

If the LEGAL and the CONSTITUTIONALLY Right thing is done Barack Obama should not be on any of the 50 States Ballots and he never, ever should have been. Not one second in his whole life has Barack Obama ever had the qualifications to be President of the United States of America.

Why doesn’t one Honest Federal Judge just step forward and make it clear that Barack Obama just doesn’t have the qualification to be President of the United States of America, no matter what Barack Obama says and/or does. PERIOD. END OF CASE!
