As I said, recent affidavit by Nr. Vogt is only a theory, I am waiting for the courts to rule and allow me to proceed with discovery in order to get the actual original documents.

Recently Mr. Douglas Vogt has unsealed his affidavit submitted to court. Attorney Orly Taitz has stated that the affidavit by Mr. Vogt and allegations in regards to the identity of the forger, is a theory by Mr. Vogt.
Attorney Orly Taitz is waiting for a ruling by the court which would allow her to conduct the actual discovery, such as subpoena of the original documents and deposition of the parties in order to establish with certainty the identity of the alleged forger and alleged accomplices of the forger.
Taitz can only confirm that indeed Ms. Johanna Ah’Nee Randolph met her at the airport in Hawaii in and around 10 pm on August 7, 2011, a day before Taitz, together with Vogt and Irey, was supposed to examine Obama’s alleged original birth certificate, which Obama claimed existed in the vault of the Health Department. Ah’Nee met Taitz and they had a dinner and a conversation. A local Hawaiian attorney, friend of Jerome Corsi, and a niece of Ms. Ah’Nee were present. Originally Ms. Ah’Nee stated that she will go with Taitz to the Health Department next morning, on August 8, 2011. She contacted Taitz the next morning around 5 am and stated that she changed her mind. This was very similar to Larry Sinclair agreeing to testify in Ca and contacting Taitz at 5 am on the day of the hearing and telling her that he changed his mind. Taitz does not know whether there was a last minute pressure on both not to cooperate or both were used by someone and simply tried to get information from Taitz, see where she stands and what she has and they had no plans to cooperate to begin with.
Ultimately Taitz, Vogt and Irey arrived at the Health Department and were met by Joshua Wish, an assistant AG of HI as well as by the Deputy Director of the Department of Health in charge of vital records Mr. Keith Yamamoto,( same Keith Yamamoto who later was on the plane with Fuddy when she died holding his hand) who stated to Taitz that Director of Health Loretta Fuddy will not comply with the federal subpoena and they gave Taitz a letter from the Deputy AG of HI Jill Nagamine written and dated on the same day, which stated that Fuddy will not comply with the subpoena and Taitz can go to court to appeal their actions.
Actions by Nagamine were extremely abusive, as Taitz repeatedly asked for an advanced response and confirmation whether Fuddy will comply with the subpoena. Taitz advised Nagamine that in August she was supposed to be out of the country and only after 4 days in Europe would have to travel all the way to California and from there to Hawaii, spend hours and hours on the plane and spend thousands of dollars in order to be at the Health department with experts seeking examination pursuant to the subpoena.
All of these employees: Fuddy, Yamamoto, Onaka and particularly Nagamine acted with an unprecedented malice and abuse and refused to respond whether they will comply with the subpoena, only to have her spend thousands of dollars and hours on the plane and face a refusal to comply with the subpoena at the last moment.
Taitz can only hope that sooner or later she will encounter one honest judge who will order discovery in order to fully investigate and prosecute to the full extend of the law all of the individuals and all of the officials complicit in this crime of the century.
Taitz does not know with certainty whether the IDs given to her by Johanna Ah’nee are valid. Even if those documents are proven to be falsified in any way, she does not know with any certainty who falsified them and therefore she does not make any allegations in relation to the identity of the forger until the discovery is completed. Taitz can only state that she found it to be peculiar that Johanna Ah’Nee’s boss, the owner of the printing shop, where she works, Albert Kanno, is listed as a secretary of the committee in Hawaiian legislature in charge of the selection of judges. Taitz is wondering why an owner of a printing shop has so much power in the decision of the selection of judges for further approval. Taitz also wondered whether Judge Nishimura and Judge Oki, who presided in her cases, were considered in the same committee. All of these questions are yet to be answered upon discovery. Taitz will be providing this information to a number of GOP congressmen, who are currently investigating a number of ongoing scandals.

Doug Vogt responds: To Miki Booth, First of all you can’t sue me for what I have in the sealed affidavit. I am reporting a crime and reported it to the authorities listed in the two Misprision laws. You are exempt from libel and slander laws if you are reporting a crime to the authorities. I had to unseal the affidavit to the Supreme Court because the Judges would not consider the evidence presented within if it was sealed. A reporter is the one who made my affidavit public. I only wanted the Judges to read it. The affidavit just presents the evidence Paul and I discovered after we examined the two birth certificates you freely gave Jerome Corsi. Regarding Johanna, Dr. Corsi told me that he met her at his hotel in mid May 2011 in Honolulu where she freely handed over her COLB for him to have for his investigation. She also gave a photo copy to Orly Taitz when they met at the airport in 2011. The facts of what we found speak for themselves. I don’t have to go beyond her certificate number to show hers is a forgery. The 9 and 4 are overlapping just like I found the 8 and 2 on one of the COLBs you handed Corsi, not to mention the letter spacing and line spacing problems. You cannot walk away from what you wrote in your book. To refresh yourmemory, on Page 356 you write: “But nothing was more shocking and left me with such a feeling of disgust than the blatant, obnoxiously taunting “signature” of the forger—a “happy face” drawn into the “A” of Alvin T. Onaka’s signature.” At that time no one knew it was a script “E” under the “A”. For you to know it was a signature you had to know it was a letter “E” and the name and spelling of the forger. This was before I had figured it out. You book was very helpful. If you did sue me I would have a lot of fun in the discovery stage. The forger spelled her name out in various places on the forgery. All for fame and glory and for this usurper of the presidential office. Now that the usurper knows she signed her name, I wouldn’t give you 2 cents for her future. Was it worth it?

Barbara, I read it, but it does not show anywhere the name or initials of Johanna Ah’Nee in the document. Show me anywhere her name or initials. Where is it? Does anyone see it anywhere? If I am missing something, I will correct myself, I just do not see it anywhere.

Name is spelled out by errors in the letters of the document, maybe , maybe not, but sworn to as to what he believes and who knows what that really is.
Like the obots will dig deep into the information and pick out what they think is the truth, only they never swear to the court that there opinion is true.
took them 3 years to decide it was a Xerox problem!
Know not I what the truth is, but it may all come out in time.

Orly, the good news for you is that if Vogt is successful in using the two laws to open up the grand jury system as our founders intended, you’ll be able to use this to file your social security number fraud case in this manner. There has to be a way to report crime other than to the very criminals themselves.

I agree that there has to be a way to report a crime and have it investigated, but the system is so utterly corrupt that it may take a full blown revolution to clean up all the corruption. sadly, I do not believe the supreme Court will agree to hear the case. when they want to hear the case, they ask the solicitor General to file an answer. They did not do it in Doug’s case

I am more optimistic than you because the Soliciter General wrote and said he wasn’t ready to respond at this time. Now that the affidavit is unsealed there may be a response. Some of the justices on the Supreme Court may be just as outraged as we are about the fraud and really do love their country and do take the laws quite seriously.

all I heard from Nr. Vogt, was a notation on the docket that solicitor general represents the defense. this is done automatically when the gov is the defendant, this is not a letter from a Solicitor General
