After pleadings with allegations of obstruction of justice were received by Judge Hanen today, an e-mail was received from Obama’s attorney, where he says that he just got back to DC, supposedly did not see the request for documents submitted a week ago

Good Afternoon Dr. Taitz,

 

I am back in DC today, having returned from Chicago yesterday. To the extent that the parties ultimately engage in discovery, it should in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. But I expect that the Court will need to resolve the preliminary issues of standing and jurisdiction first.

    His lawyer says…”resolve the issues of standing and other psycho B.S….” is totally stalling and asinine!

    Maybe he should really wake up and find out about the standing for Obama, first, huh?

    What a load of crap. You should ask to put the attorney and his staff on the stand to repeat that story under oath.

    Or does that depend on what the meaning of “see” is?

    If it was sent registered mail and somebody signed for it, then the timer should start then, no extensions.

    Wow, like he can’t receive an e-mail when out of the office & probably has an assistant that could inform him, so we’re so sorry you can’t do your job on time, therefore Tough Luck on your delayed Tactic by crying to the Judge. You are another reason and show case for inept government that USA needs Less of & you should try that Tactic in the Business World…you would be Fired on Productivity/Performance.

    he left an e-mail of another attorney and I e-mailed that another attorney as well. The judge got copies of e-mails I sent to both attorneys

    Here we go with this “Standing” crap again. Just like in all Obama Forgery Gate cases every single American citizen has standing. This case is no different as anyone at any given time could be affected by his ignorance or intentional lack of upholding to our Constitution and rule of law. I’m sick and tired of these bums!

    I was under the impression that your standing was established some time back, in the first hearing, and that is why the case moved forward. The fact that Obama’s attornies seem to be unaware of this is just more proof of Obama AND his administration are off somewhere in lala land, and don’t know what is going on. The MSM doesn’t report on your cases, and, we know, Obama and his cohorts only know what is going on by reading it in the news or hearing it on cable T.V. WORST AND MOST CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION IN THE HISTORY OF THIS NATION!

    The problem is that these so called judges not only put up with the crap that government lawyers throw at them but they encourage it by not sanctioning these Obama lackeys. We’re living in Communist Russia.
