Dear Secretary of State of IN Bonnet and members of the elections commission
Please, find an addendum to the Complaint for elections fraud, which was not heard yet and was not addressed by either the Secretary of State or Election commission
According to IN code 3-5-7-4 one has to use on the ballot the same name as in his birth certificate
IC 3-5-7-4
Candidate’s legal name
Sec. 4. (a) For purposes of placement of a candidate’s name on the ballot, a candidate’s legal name is determined under this section.
(b) Except as provided in subsection (c), a candidate’s legal name is considered to be the name shown on the candidate’s birth certificate.
(c) If a candidate:
(1) uses a name after marriage as described in subsection (d); or
(2) takes a name through a judicial proceeding that is different from the name shown on the candidate’s birth certificate;
the most recent name used after marriage or taken in the judicial proceeding is considered to be the candidate’s legal name.
(d) A name a candidate uses after marriage is considered the candidate’s legal name if the name satisfies any of the following:
(1) The name is the name appearing on the candidate’s birth certificate.
(2) The name is the name used by the candidate as an applicant for the marriage license.
(3) The name is any combination of the names the candidate and the candidate’s spouse used as applicants for their marriage license.
As added by P.L.202-1999, SEC.1.
2. Please, see attached a notarized transcript of the press conference by sheriff Arpaio, whereby Sheriff Arpaio of Maricopa County Arizona provided results of his six months investigation, confirming evidence provided by me to the secretary of State and the elections commission  previously, namely that an alleged copy of Obama’s long form birth certificate is a computer generated forgery.
3. In other documents, such as Obama’s school records from Indonesia, he is listed under the last name Soetoro. In his mother’s passport he is listed under the name Soebarkah. There no primary identification papers, attesting to Obama’s legal name being indeed Obama and there are no primary competent admissible  identification papers, attesting to Obama’s birth anywhere in the United States.
In light of all this and previously submitted data, your continued policy of not addressing my complaint of elections fraud is tantamount to complicity to elections fraud by Obama and treason against the United states of America.
I demand immediate removal of Obama from the ballot, due elections fraud and use of forged documents.
If additional hearing is warranted, I demand an additional hearing. Please note, I will not be available between March 22 and April 1,
