action item, a new idea to promote the eligibility issue

Posted on | October 10, 2010 | 9 Comments

Please read wiki articles below, explaining Asch experiment and Milgrom experiment.

Republicans are poised to take the House. Typically with such a  shift, the House minority leader becomes the Speaker of the House- that will be John Boehner, the minority whip becomes the majority leader- that will be Eric Cantor. A new position opens.- that will be the position of the Majority Whip.

Please read the latest WND article “Candidate is ready to fight eligibility issue”. It provides the names of some Republican congressional candidates. Please, call each and every Republican congressman and each and every Republican candidate. Please, let them know, that according to Pew poll and AOL poll 80-85% of Americans want to see Obama’s vital records. There are millions of us, we are a large voting block, we want them to give us assurance either in writing or on camera, that they will bring this issue for consideration to the floor of the House. Please let them know that we will lobby for the position of the Majority whip for a Republican Congressman, who will bring forward this issue..  Millions of Americans will be calling their Republican congressmen, demanding that they vote for Majority Whip for a specific Congressman, who will have the strength of character to be the champion of this issue.

We have power, we can make a difference, yes we can,! si se puede!

Please, e-mail me to dr_taitz@yahoo.com or Orly.Taitz@gmail.com. Put in the heading “Repub Whip”, I need the names and written pledge or video pledge.  We will provide the info only after the election. When I will get the results, I  will let you know, which Republican candidate is the best champion for our movement, who we should support for the position of the Republican Whip.

I have already threatened nearly half of the republican congress, telling them outright that they have been nothing but cowards by doing nothing about the eligibility issues. My threat was to turn off all my donations and, using the Internet to the fullest, ask everyone to toss out all republican who have served in office during the 2 years Obama has been in the White House. Of course the democrats also failed to do anything about the greatest problem we have, and of course they also did nothing. If you have any ideas, I say we handle them the same way.

I have been told by hundreds of friends and enemies that no one can flush out the entire House of Representatives. I agree, but why keep sending them back when they do nothing but pretend Obama is a legitimate, worthy president, and they simply argue over much smaller issues, leaving the critical problems untouched. I best stop now because to continue with this point makes me sick as hell.

Folks, if we are to return to a democracy, we must kick as many

Open letter to all candidates in the upcoming November mid term elections.

This letter is written under the protection of the 1st Amendment, without prejudice! All content and information is in the public domain.

    Dear Candidate,

Voters across our great nation are asking you to take a stand for the Constitutional promise of due process and a fair trial.

It has come to national attention that a highly decorated (Bronze Star recipient) 18 year career high ranking soldier who has served tours in Bosnia and Afghanistan is being denied the Constitutionally guaranteed promise of due process by being denied any defense in his courts martial hearings.

This began many months ago when he sought to ascertain the lawfulness of orders coming down the unified chain of command. When his efforts to determine such were unsuccessful through the normal military channels he openly and publicly announced his ‘distasteful” intention to invite his own courts martial in order to get an answer once and for all to end the prevailing doubts that he and his fellow soldiers were experiencing. His public announcement cited lingering doubts as to the legitimacy of the Commander in Chief to issue orders through the unified chain of command. Lt. Col. Terrance Lakin who invited his courts martial by refusing a recent order to deploy to Afghanistan who faces years at hard labor has the backing and support of three Generals; Maj. General Paul Vallely (ret), Maj. General Jerry Curry (ret) and Lt. General Thomas G. McInerney (ret). Lt. General McInerney has filed an affidavit in Lakin’s case attesting to the importance of confidence in the unified chain of command and voiced grave concerns about national security should this issue remain in question. He also strongly recommended that the judge grant full discovery in the case.

To date there have been two hearings in the case which goes to trial in early November. In both of these hearings Judge Denise Lind ruled that there will be no discovery and no witness testimony regarding the requested items for discovery and no testimony as to his reasons or motivations for refusing to deploy. Her reason for the ruling is summed up by her statement in the ruling that she does not want to “embarrass the President” to show his vital records to prove his Constitutional eligibility to hold office and be Commander in Chief of the nation’s Armed Forces and thereby affirm the lawfulness of his order to deploy. This has the effect of shutting down any and all defense in his upcoming trial. Lakin is being denied due process and a fair trial.

Will candidates commit and take a proactive public stand on this issue, so that your voting constituency can know where they will stand with regards to the Constitutional guarantee of due process and a fair trial under their representation.

Will candidates act to end this travesty of justice, or just stand by as a highly decorated war hero is sent away for years at hard labor because the President might be “embarrassed” to prove his legitimacy?

    Sincerely,

A Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America

Who would vote for a candidate that would stand idly by as a highly decorated war hero is sentenced to years at hard labor to cover up high treason.

Well, someone in the mainstream media finally raised the birth certificate issue. Jake Tapper flat out asked Axlerod about Obama’s long-form birth certificate, and as usual he did not respond. Tapper should have followed up but he didn’t. But at least the issue has been raised by the MSM. Now look for Tapper to be fired or reassigned. @Gianni – I don’t think anything will happen to Tapper. But Orly pulled a fast one on him. Made him a ‘birther’! LOL!
