I never realized before that this country has so many corrupt judges. Just how can we get them out of office. Can the people impeach a corrupt judge and what evidence do they have to have in order to impeach him. How many votes. Answer: |
Now I have 458,623 votes, getting close to half a million. Latest news. |
I believe that the most outrageous behavior was exibited by judge Clay D. Land in GA.
Impeachment of a federal judge is done the same way as an impeachment of the president. You need to write a letter and send it to all the Congressmen and demand impeachment. The strongest ground for impeachment is against Land, since his actions were not just to aid Obama in defrauding the Nation, but also to attack and intimidate me and to send a message to every attorney: “If you dare to stand up against the usurper, you will be slammed with sanctions”. This is tyranny. He is de facto taking away from American citizens their right for redress of grievances, right to free speech and right to counsel.
You can also write to the Judicial Ethics committee and demand investigation of the judge, as well as public integrity unit of the Department of Justice. Maybe, if one corrupt judge is impeached and removed from the bench, others will start following the law and Constitution.
Last year Judge DeLoughter in MS was sent to a federal prison for public corruption. He provided a biased a decision in favor of a party in a law suit in order to get a promotion to a higher court. When Judge Land slammed me, he benefited a sitting president. Who has more power to give a judge a promotion to a higher court, than the sitting president?

Actually, in CA, there is another way of removing corrupt judges from office. They can be recalled by citizens, as per the procedure described in the following ballotpedia wiki:

Actually, Georgia also has citizen recall laws for corrupt judges, as per the following document:

Maybe, concerned Georgia citizens can initiate recall proceedings for corrupt judge Clay D Land.
