The Birther Summit recognizes the urgent need to release a statement regarding the unity of the eligibility movement, as we coalesce toward our Spring conference, rally, and march. While we understand that many individuals and groups have played significant roles in various aspects of our attempts to be heard on the matter of Barack Obama’s constitutional ineligibility to hold the office of president of the United States, we are also aware that public infighting has been detrimental to those efforts, and has served as a distraction that has allowed our detractors to use our discord to try to marginalize us.
Natural Born Citizen
Since the most rancorous of these public disputes has been over the meaning of “natural born Citizen,” we deem it necessary to set a definitive standard as a doctrinal belief of the eligibility movement itself. The easiest understanding of the term “natural born Citizen” is also the only one that lends itself to proper understanding within its historical context, and the framers’ extensive concerns relating to national security. That definition is simply and plainly “one born in this country to citizen parents.”
While much has been opined about the role Swiss philosopher Emmerich de Vattel played in the framers’ use of this term within Article II of the Constitution, it remains that, even though an honest examination of the facts necessarily leads one to the understanding that the framers used Vattel’s definition, constitutional subverters have misled some people by twisting that understanding through a maze of illogical and purposely deceptive arguments.
However, those arguments are actually unnecessary, as the Supreme Court affirmed the Vattel definition, setting it as definitive law, and a binding legal precedent on all lower courts in this country. That precedent was set in the Minor v. Happersett case of 1875, and subsequently affirmed in Perkins v. Elg in 1939. To fully understand this precedent, excellent research and analyses are available here and here, and a video reduction of them is available here. We are fully aware of the subversive claim by our opponents that this understanding is not accepted by the legal community at large, but that is simply not a rational refutation of the truth; additionally, any court in this country that rules contrary to this precedent is in grave legal error.
In light of that, we do not consider those who reject this historically accurate legal definition of “natural born Citizen” to be part of the greater eligibility movement, for they have adopted a constitutionally subversive stance, while simultaneously claiming that Barack Obama is constitutionally ineligible. We maintain that such a posture is logically unsustainable. One either believes the country to be wholly dependent upon the Constitution, or not constitutionally dependent at all. There is no middle ground.
It is apparent that at least some who have adopted such a milquetoast regard for constitutional integrity concerning the natural born Citizen requirement, have done so to promote a particular political agenda. We believe one of those agendas is the desire to support potential candidates such as Bobby Jindal, Marco Rubio, and Nikki Haley. Our firm position on any possible candidate for president or vice president of the United States is that, if one was not born in this country, or if both parents were not United States citizens at the time of one’s birth, then one is ineligible to hold the office, regardless of any other qualifications, talents, or public appeal that person may have.
While we agree that the greater likelihood of Obama’s removal from office lies with the thorough, independent investigation into the crimes of forgery and fraud that have been committed, we also believe that it is necessary not to seek those actions in lieu of addressing his constitutional ineligibility, for it is our position that the fraud was committed to conceal the ineligibility, so the two are parts of a corrupt whole. Barack Obama’s illegal presidential tenure should be ended immediately because of the fraud and forgery he has committed, but his original constitutional ineligibility should also render each of his presidential acts null and void.
American Patriot Orly Taitz
Not entirely unrelated to the above statement is the matter of certain attorneys who have been involved in this movement at one time or another, and their current actions as they pertain to the effectiveness and perception of the eligibility movement. To that end, we proclaim our unequivocal support for the efforts of Orly Taitz, Esq. While individuals are entitled to their personal opinions about anybody, we, as a movement, recognize Orly Taitz as an American patriot who continues to fight tirelessly for the cause of justice, and for that, we offer her not only our support, but also our undying gratitude.
Moreover, we are aware of certain lawyers who, for purposes of financial gain, or motivations of self promotion, have filed various legal actions against Dr. Taitz, and the Birther Summit categorically condemns those actions. Regardless of past involvement to promote the eligibility movement, those individuals, through their present litigation against Dr. Taitz, are not only a detriment to our cause, but also to the public perception of our cause.
While the Birther Summit would certainly welcome those individuals back into the eligibility movement, and would support their actions that promote our cause of constitutional dependence, specifically as it applies to Barack Obama’s ineligibility, that can never happen apart from the immediate withdrawal of their nonsensical legal actions filed against Orly Taitz. Additionally, for them, or anyone else, to be considered a leader of this movement, they would necessarily have to affirm their understanding of the aforementioned historic definition of “natural born Citizen.”
We understand that these statements will displease some people; however, the facts are not determined by personal opinions or agendas. History and legal precedent bear these statements out to be truth.
The Birther Summit is not merely an upcoming event, it is a call to action—it is an opportunity for your voice to be heard after being ignored for so long. We enjoin every constitutionally faithful patriot to use every means possible to help us spread the word that we have only just begun the fight to be heard. Whether through posting this press release and our banners on one’s personal blog, or placing the link to our website in forums and comment threads, we are asking for this information to be shared as often, and with as many people, as possible.

I just love it. You go Orly.
The Birther Summit is something that I was hoping, and praying would emerge. We really need ONE organization with MANY supporters so that we can have a GREAT impact, be it through monetary power, or through great visibility, we need to be heard.

I’m a bit puzzled. Is the “Birther Summit” actually just a mouthpiece for Dean Haskins? If so, why have a “Summit” at all?

Berg is a German name and an analysis of ‘Berg transcript’ on Google indicates he speaks the broken English of a foreigner.
Karl Schwarz claimed that he torpedoed the Ellin Mariani 9/11 suit. He has attacked patriots left and right claiming he is a patriot.
Besides Orly he has attacked postandemail.com. They have a report that Berg took thousands from one correspondent who wanted Atomic Obama of the Atomic Bomb in the BP well frame.

The ‘Donate’ button on that site looks just like yours on your site Orly. Can I donate there and the money goes to you?

Perhaps Phil Berg is just trying to make himself unavailable for his own prosecution.
Gary Z. Kreep will settle for any publicity he can get.
