A letter from “Proof Positive” is a hoax to waste more of your money

There is a letter going around from someone under a name “Proof Positive”. In this letter they are asking for more money for Arpaio to show him that the nation is behind him and wants him to file a criminal complaint against Obama.

This is a trick for dumb people. Arpaio already collected 7 million dollars from the public who listened to his press conferences and believed that he is going to file a criminal complaint before the election. He did not file anything, refused to appear in court and made an agreement with Investigator Mike Zullo and Officer John Sampson not to appear in court when I subpoenaed them, whiich can be seen as an agreement to obstruct justice and be in contempt of a duly issued court subpoena.

At this point nobody should donate one cent to Arpaio.   It is the opposite. The public should demand that he file a criminal complaint with the DA, AG and FBI immediately or refund 7 million that he collected from people who believed that he will be filing a criminal complaint, as he and his investigator Zullo repeatedly have shown during the press conferences and fund raisers that Obama’s ID are forged. As a matter of fact, if he does not refund the money to the public, the public can bring a class action law suit against Arpaio, Zullo and Cold Case Posse for collecting a large amount in donations under false pretenses.

Please, send this far and wide. Everyone should know what Arpaio is really doing!!!

    Not at all clear what Arpaio is up too. Some indications he is working another angle than yours Dr. Taitz. Hope so. Multiple fronts sort of thing. One would think someone amongst our Birther activist would also bring up the coincidence that the location of horrific murder of the children in Connecticut also matches the zip code location, (Newtown/Danbury/Union Carbide old corporate headquarters), of the Obama social security number shown to have been used since the ’80’s by multiple investigators. Ironic that the President attended a memorial today in at least one location from which his Manchurian infiltration was constructed. Really, kind of creepy, the “sense of humor” of these traitors.

    Listen: Sheriff Joe and Trump where set to have a big Suprize at the Republican National Convention right? Didn’t happen. I suspect they where told not to by Karl Rove. That they might hurt Rubio in some way. Rubio is the reason FoxNews can’t talk about Obama’s eligibilty problem. Rubio knows he’s not a NBC but he is willing to let this country go down instead of standing up and doing the right thing.

    Friday, October 19, 2012 5:00 Can it be true Arpaio conspired with Zullo and Sampson, to defy subpoenas to testify??

    Can it be true that Arpaio made a deal with Obama’s “Justice” Department to drop charges against him in exchange for his silence and cooperation protecting Obama?

    If that happened, the new Administration (and praying that we get one) must launch an vigorous investigation of public corruption by both Obama’s DOJ and Arpaio.

    I thought it was very strange when the DOJ suddenly dropped those charges against Arpaio. Are we seeing Arpaio’s payoff to Obama? I hope, against hope, that this is not true.

    If this is not what is happening then someone needs to explain it – now.

    I contributed money to both Arpaio and the Cold Case Posse. If Arpaio scammed everyone to sell out our country for his personal benefit, then every donation he collected should be returned. For starters.
