a clip of Moldovan countryside and music and a segue to my case

Song Iubesc Moldova-love Moldova, beautiful footage of Moldovan countryside. the song is in Russian

A factoid: Moldova was known for its’ wines and wineries for hundreds of years since the times of ancient Rome. Moldovan language is the same as Romanian, came from Rome.  During communist rule one communist politburo leader issued an executive order to stop manufacturing wine and destroy all vineyards, as wine is bad for people. Vineyards , that existed for hundreds of years, were either dug out or burned to the ground. this is a  vivid reminder of how destructive is socialist dictatorship, executive order without any standing for people to challenge it.

On October 29th I started the hearing with a segue, talking about my experience with executive orders in the Soviet Union. One of these orders commanded to radiate all children who had lice in their hair because someone found that radiation killed lice. Of course, radiation, also, caused cancer and many later died of brain cancer. I brought this example for Judge Hanen to see how dangerous it is, when a leader issues a dictatorial executive order and the citizens are deprived of standing to challenge it.

The video appears to be a succession of the same interview.
