Dear Lady Liberty,

Anyone living in the US is affected directly by absurd economic policies, the weaking of American defensive stature caused by SOb, more spending than all other US presidents combined, the adoption of a socialistic health care bill.

Anyone who has had their Health Insurance premiums increase has standing and is directly affected.

What else does this “judge” need for “standing”?

Maybe if he would get off his rear, he would have standing also.

    Q. Everyone has their right to have their case heard before the courts?
    A. That’s correct, however, if the court doesn’t like it, the case can be thrown out due to the lack of standing!

    Q. Do the citizens of the U.S. have the right to defend the Constitution and this country in questioning the illegitimate takeover of the presidency of the U.S. have standing?
    A. Of all the times the need to defend the Constitution and this nation, it is now that every citizen should have standing. The first in line should be the judiciary. Case closed.
