Dr. Taitz:
The AP article run under the caption “HEAD OF ‘BIRTHER’ MOVEMENT RUNS FOR CALIF. OFFICE” was scrubbed from the San Luis Obispo Tribune’s site after I posted a comment pointing out that use of the B-word constitutes hate speech and a hate crime since it is pejorative and seeks to deprive one of the constitutional guarantee of a natural born citizen as President.
Evidently, the argument has traction.

    I don’t believe in such terms as a ‘Hate Crime’, since it is just a PC term for ‘Thought Control’

    However, I do agree that the term ‘Birther’ is more akin to ‘slander’, so perhaps we should object to it that way. In the meantime, when asked if I’m a ‘Birther’, I always say ‘No. I’m an Article II Constitutionalist, which I assume you, as a Patriotic American, are too. Why do you ask?’
