   Dr. Taitz,

   I think you would have a much stronger case if you went after the “Dinner with Barack” lottery (i.e. Internet gambling) issue.

   Unlike the birther issue, which seems pretty discredited, there is solid proof that the Obama campaign–with Mr. Obama signing his name to at least one solicitation–engaged in what looks a heck of a lot like Internet gambling to raise money for his campaign. Specifically:

   (1) Payment of consideration (at least $5). Later solicitations were amended to allow entry without a payment, which made them not lotteries or gambling, but at least one and possibly two had no such provisions.

   (2) Element of chance (“you may be selected to have dinner with Barack Obama”), although the fact that one winner, Dorothy Unruh, was picked before the entries closed suggests that not all entrants had an equal chance to win.

   (3) A prize (expenses-paid trip to have dinner with Barack Obama).

   It is also a matter of record that Minnesota law enforcement warned the Obama campaign, and on more than one occasion, that this was illegal in Minnesota. You are the attorney so I suggest that you see if https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/31/usc_sec_31_00005362—-000-.html applies.

   “The term “unlawful Internet gambling” means to place, receive, or otherwise knowingly transmit a bet or wager by any means which involves the use, at least in part, of the Internet where such bet or wager is unlawful under any applicable Federal or State law in the State or Tribal lands in which the bet or wager is initiated, received, or otherwise made.”

   It is astounding that FOX is about ready to interview the Lady from CODE PINK who tried to do a citizen’s arrest on Karl Rove, but they WILL NOT have you on, Dr. Taitz.

   It is well and good that they want to have her on. But YOU HAVE MORE TO SAY than she does.

   It is INSULTING that they give time to a pink hatted activist and will not give a MOMENT to a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS.

   I called the numbers listed…A young man returned my call. I told him I demand prosecution by the SSA on the SS number u Show …He said he would pass the Information on and the Caseworker would get back with me…No one has contacted me yet.

   I have just called the number to the Freedom of Information, gave my name and phone number, then left a message that stated I demand prosecution of Obama for using other peoples’
   social security numbers…that he is an illegal
   president and a fraud. Anything that he signs as a bill or any law, is signed by one of no authority !!

   I called that number and they had the nerve to say i’m a “vexatious requester” whatever that is! They told me that if me and my “cohorts” don’t stop flooding the phonelines then I will be receiving an unwanted visit. The nerve! I told them this is America and I CAN DO WHAT I WANT!
