more clarification for a reader who couldn’t understand the difference in lawsuits

I got one comment, where a reader stated that the fact that I write about my dental practice in my legal action, dealing with the effects of the Health care bill, means that I care only about myself.
No, that is not the case. What this reader does not understand, is that as an individual I cannot sue on behalf of a state and all the citizens of the state. If and when I will be the Secretary of State, I will have such an opportunity. At this time, as a CA attorney, who was told by Judge Carter to refile in DC, I can only write pleadings on my own behalf, as an individual. That is the reason why the pleadings are written in such a way.
“13 Attorney Generals join Orly Taitz over legality of Health Care Reform” is the name of the actual article writen by reporter Michael Roston, exactly as it was written in the heading of the article.
Can an individual make a difference in the lives of the whole country via an individual law suit? Of Course he or she can. remember Brown v Board of Education or Roe v Wade.
