Does the Signature of an INELIGIBLE president count as VALID?

My answer is :No
and that is on why on Friday before the vote I included in my first amended complaint eight causes of action, one of them was a request for declaratory relief deeming Health care bill null and void for 2 reasons
a it violates Commerce clause
b. it will be signed by an inelligible president.
I hope that Chief judge Royce Lamberth will uphold the Constitution and will deny Obama’s motion to dismiss
