Dr. Taitz,

I fully support your efforts to force Obama to prove Presidential eligibility; and as a retired USAF E-8, I believe what you are doing is of incredible importance for our country and our military.  It’s obvious Obama is hiding something, and I believe it’s his natural born citizenship.  What I find hard to believe is all the vial vulgar verbal attacks against you, when all you want is what the U.S. Constitution requires….that our President be a natural born citizen.

I guess our founding fathers believed we’d always follow that Constitution and therefore a Presidential candidate would voluntarily show proof of natural born citizenship.  It’s a shame the founders understood the heart of man so well (“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”  (Jer 17:9)), yet they failed to capture in the Constitution a process by which to verify one meets the requirement, until much later with the 20th Amendment.

May the Lord bless you, and may He bring this to righteous resolution.

I have been making comments as to the issue presented and feel that we have been smokescreened that some how our Founding Fathers left a gap in the Constitution when it comes to the requirement for POTUSA to be a natural born citizen.
    NOT SO
Article I Section 8 provision 9 speciffically without confusion says congress has power( this is a rub) to define and punish offenses against The Law of Nations. The Law of Nations speciffically and without ambiguity or equivication states a natural born citizen is one” born in the country of parentS who are it’s citizenS. Note the plural. Our founding fathers ,who were well versed in law and The Law of Nations did not leave any loose ends or confusion on their intents to have our Nation’s POTUSA free of foreign influence.
Obviously BHO should not be POTUSA by his own admission that his father was a Kenyan of British rule. The eligability pillars in the Constitution stand inviolate. Now what has to be done is get congress and courts to live up to their oath and punish those who have offended The Law of Nations per our Constitution.
